Quarter Mile Times for Model C Lauraville II

So My PC is too weak to get accurate 1/4 mile results, so I need some help. There is a car in this mod I need tested on the Quarter Mile. All I can get due to lag is 11.65 seconds, but this car should be faster than the 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat according to Automation. The car is the 1971 CRM Model C Lauraville II.

It should work, but I am having trouble with the game loading some of my mods, so I need to get that reported. I am running DX10 mode. But I was able to get the car to work as a stand alone, so if the mod doesn't work, I can get the stand alone mod on here.
