Alright, made the jbeam attach to each model piece in the car, feel free to use it in your mod. ((Also, you seem to have attached the driver to the bed with beams. Is that intentional?))
OMG, this dude is revolutionary - - - Updated - - - I think it would be really cool if there was a camera in the Stigs perspective. Like if you get in a crash your'e thrown around the cabin
I can't really do this due to the following (quoted from the Wiki): the angle of the internal camera depends of the inclination of the vehicle (RefNodes) you can't zoom in or out The chase camera will turn around the vehicle / The internal camera will turn (with Numpad key) on it self What this means is that any 'Stig Cam' would still rotate according to the main vehicle direction - the effect would be similar to the B-25's cockpit cam, which doesn't follow the cockpit's rotation when it breaks off.
You couldn't of picked a better driver great work I love the stig and crashes feel even more real now
B25Mitch you're surprising everybody with your great mods! I hope the devs are paying attention. Now BeamNg.drive it's moving to a new level. Thanks a lot mate!
Great mod B25Mitch. Another surprise, you and the other comunity members do an awesome job to develop this game.
I'm not a huge fan of having drivers in BeamNG Drive but this is a great mod, regardless of my preference.
Found a bug. The stig is held in place by beams which connect him to the bed, not the seat. If you remove the bed he flops all over the cab. This also seems to prevent him ever losing his grip. Are the hand beams breaking triggered by the butt-to-bed beams breaking?
Fantastic mod! I remember a while back, many saying that it would be virtually impossible to have a driver. And you've just gone ahead and done it. Well done!
When ever I try to use The Stig, my car spawns with out wheels and no Stig in it. If I check the vehicle configuration, it says the Stig is Enabled and same with the wheels. Any help?
Is your game up to date? I went back into a previous version of the game trying to get the parts selector working, and there was no Stig, so that's probably your problem.
