    Please give more information.
    What's happening exactly?
    How can we replicate the issue?
    If you are using mods, please try with all of them disabled.

    Well I am trying to like change parts or tune cars and the the game freezes then crashes even though I have no mods :/

    You are supposed to post here a 5-digit code the game's launcher gives you (ie. the Support ID).

    Please do that, follow the instructions in the page I linked above.

    That code allows us to have a look at your game logs to see what is happening.
