I get 60 fps depending where my camera is facing in beam. So my fps is based on which direction im looking. My cpu is a rysen 5 2600 6 core which should be plenty for one car. Theres some sort of optimization issue with beam as when i first built my pc i had rock solid 60 in beam max graphics with reflections even when doing multi car races. Now even on low i cant hold a solid 60.
Forza horizon 5 has officially replaced beamng as my favorite game. I am having so much fun and the games community is great.
Even the updates that add free average at best cars and a new smashable, and a new 10$ DLC with Epic cars that everyone wants,and ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE MOST EXPENSIVE EDITION THAT IS SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE ALL DLCS!?!?!? (I bought the most expensive edition btw) Not to mention they removed ranked stuff so they can say "gEt FoRzA mOtOrSpOrT fOr CoMpEtITiOn". Yeah... that'll never be my favorite game.
I like building cool cars cruizing around with people drifting, street racing, car meets, ect. Earlier i was doing tandems up a mountain pass with 12 people which was fun. As far as the dlc i do agree its a ripoff considering i also got the ultimate edition. As far as ranked ive never done any ranked anything in any forza. Like i don't play horizon to do super serious tournament racing. Thats what i racing assetto or sometimes project cars is for. The fact that most the barnfinds are just cars that were in previous games not as barnfinds is also absurd. But other than that ive been just enjoying playing the game.
Yeah its fun but the fact they have those dlc's (they got an Autozam one of the coolest JDM cars of all time, And we get Volkswagens thing) and they REMOVED all ranked stuff so they could say "gO bUy FoRzA mOtOrSpOrT", really turns me off.
Yea i get that. One thing i despise so far is the music its so bad in this horizon the intro was blasting garbage in my ears at a billion decibles i was countingdown every minute till it was over. I couldn't turn it off and i almost just quit the game right there and refunded it but i pushed through lol. Whoever was in charge of the music on this game dropped the ball hard. The music is garbage compared to horizon 2 and 1 Only ok radio is the metal radia epataph or however its spelled but i don't always wanna listen to heavy rock so i don't usually play music.
Yeah, the only half decent stations are DX, Hospital, Epitaph, Mixtape, and Wave. The rest is garbage. Except when your going to another station and you hear "intergalactic" on block party.
