Add North Yankton to the top and this would be the greatest fan made map for GTA ever. We can only wish for this

Weird lighting and reflections going on in those pictures, the vanilla game looks a lot better honestly. That's the part that most ENB/SweetFX configs get horribly wrong. Check the Penumbra (Mitsubishi Eclipse lookalike) in the fourth picture. It's filthy with almost full dirt applied, yet the car is basically a mirror.
