'Random License Plate Generator' question

    1. Where is the 'ui.vehicleconfig.licensePlateGen' file located in the BeamNG files? I can't seem to find it.

    2. I notice for the 3 number sequences on the Maine license plates, it only generates numbers between 100 & 999. It will not recognize 000-099. I'd like those to be able to spawn as well. Is there a way to tweak that generator to include those extra set of 1 and 2 digit numbers with the double & single-lead zeros in place?
