seriously, yes, this is surely a Legal vehicle, that is registered (i dont think its registered, it has no plates), because any "stolen" or "illegaly obtained" vehicle sale post will be taken down most likely. the car prices here can be bonkers in a positive and negative way

the best (or worst) part, is that here, you could probably succeed, unless the person you are stealing has ties with the Government
