I didn’t want to bump the Tag thread, but I love how tags are a thing here since 2015 yet a “hatchback” tag doesn’t exist. --- Post updated --- Actually, I’m better off not advertising my mod as having a hatchback version, since it’s currently so bad and I’ll need help with it lol
2016 Beam site review! -The fact that the site looks fairly similar to the one from 7~8 years ago is insane. i was at the end of my primary school back then! The second pic: why aren't the mods overviews like this anymore?! (i want a big pic at the top!) ((i want that mod really bad, it's taken down though...) -The "Alpha" Watermark-thing was colored yellow, instead of orange back in the day Altitude map got a update on Jan 12, 2016, 3:05 PM How to become an OG member on a site without being joined for even a year!!!!!! 2023 WORKS TUTORIAL!!!!!!!!!!! -The "How to install mods" button at the top almost looks newer than how it looks now lol.
for some reason it annoys me very much when people use real cars and lore-friendly cars together, like in ai traffic. like choose lore-friendly or real cars --- Post updated --- @SSRG geez that agree was fast --- Post updated --- they really need to update the site
I guess I just refreshed it quickly after you posted lol Also, it’s so annoying when for example you see Lansdales next to modern BMWs. Like lore-friendly and IRL just don’t fit together.
yeah maybe if there was a section for irl cars, since you can set cars as "car", "automation", etc, maybe one called "real life" or something. so they get a category
If they put real cars on the repository, the developers need licensing for them all, because if they are on the in-game repository, they're technically in the game.
He meant in-game in the vehicle selector. But that would still cause a problem, since putting a dedicated section for real life vehicles means BeamNG approves of them, right? Well maybe it’s not an issue idk
Eh, not really. Basically: Real life car on repo = approved by Beam Team Real car approved by Beam Team = licensing issues So if they are repo mods, they have to be approved by BeamNG Team, which basically means it’s almost like BeamNG Team adding the car into the game.
nah its fine I do have the crew motorfest, its really fun but some vehicle handling can be off. also you can put a new exhaust in an electric car
Actually the game is really optimized for the map size, runs better on my pc than BeamNG does --- Post updated --- Well at least with base settings
