Description: April 2, 2002. 34-year-old Mike Sezo was getting on the interstate. He got on the ramp and entered the interstate. He almost instantly merged, halfway through the lane, 18-year-old Chloe Chazco came up behind him, she couldn't stop in time, and rear ended the larger truck.

Injuries: Chloe had a broken neck. Mike was shaken up and had a fractured wrist.

Aftermath: Mike was sued, and given a fine. He was actually accepting fault 100% and would pay for medical bills and damage repairs.

Crash Description: In August 8th of 1974, a XB Falcon was driving down a road in Garfield Heights, driven by Jake McComiskey and her wife Amanda in the passenger seat. Another vehicle was a Barstow 423 V8 driven by Caleb Hughes, turning on the same road. As the Barstow goes into the middle lane, the XB accidentally clips over the lane and all of a sudden smashed the front edge of the Barstow

Injuries (if any): Both drivers got a bit of whiplash, and the wife got some moderate pain in the back.

Aftermath (lawsuit, etc.): Jake was sued by the Hughes family, and after winning the lawsuit, they received $5,500 USD. Jake was in jail for 8 months (and Amanda was a widow for that time). Jake did eventually return to driving a few months after his release from jail.

When we went to Banff in 2011, we rented a new Ford Explorer.

 

Description: October 1, 2010. A driver was doing freestyle at East Coast fair. He was having fun spinning out and going up jumps. He went up a jump and his truck landed on its tailgate. It stopped and flipped on its roof. The roof crumbled.

Injuries: The driver went into a coma and had several broken bones.

Description: November 27, 2014. A life EMS Ambulance was rushing to an emergency, it got up to a intersection. 30-year-old Blake Sheller thought it would be a good idea to jerk his car in-front of an ambulance. The ambulance rammed the Hopper.

Injuries: Both EMT were injured, Blake was killed on impact.

Cars used: 1994 Gavril H-series Ambulance, 1980 Ibishu Hopper No-limits

Aftermath: No lawsuits filed. The ambulance driver died a month after being in the hospital from fracturing his skull by hitting it on the steering wheel extremely hard.

Description: April 31, 2018. 67-year-old Gregory Finch was driving his old Toyota Corolla. He came to an intersection and just pulled out. 26-year-old Justin Tower was driving his new 2018 ETK 800 Scolata. Justin tried to avoid the tiny car, but it was too late. He smashed into the Driver's Side door.

Injuries: Justin had a broken hand and leg. Gregory had severe injuries.

Cars used: 2018 ETK 800 Scolata, 1960's Toyota Corolla

Aftermath: Gregory was sued. Justin won the lawsuit and got enough to repair his car and was able to drive it again after he was healed. Gregory's Toyota was totaled.

Description: June 21, 2017. Police officers were responding to suspicious activity at the port. A truck was going the opposite way. They couldn't avoid each other when they met. The little police car slammed into the lifted cargo truck.

Injuries: Neither police officer survived. The truck driver was shaken up. A EMT went into shock and passed out and is now in stable condition.

Cars used: 2010 ETK 6000 Fire truck upfit, 2017 Hirochi Sunburst Police

Aftermath: No lawsuits filed.

January 17, 2009. Ken Keinfragen was trying to turn into a Gas Station, but was waiting for trucker Mark Penston to turn. Mark was waiting for Jonica Maine to pass. A few SECONDS after officer Connall Adam came up behind Ken, illegal street racer Ammaar Pennington tried to dodge the stopped Police car but noticed Jonica driving straight at him. He swerved right into the back of the cop car. Jonica could not dodge the wrecked Civetta and hit it. Ken and Mark both pulled over and checked on the three drivers.

Injuries: Ammaar was SEVERELY injured and was in a coma for 2 and a half weeks, but he managed to recover...he also had his Left Leg and Left Arm amputated. Jonica also had severe injuries but was in a coma and had none of her limbs amputated. Connall nearly broke his neck/ spine, but he had a severe concussion and a bad case of whiplash.

Aftermath: Ammaar tried to pin the blame on Jonica for "Going 20 over the limit". When that didn't work, he tried to blame Connall and Ken for "Stopping in a 'Non-stopping' zone". Everybody had their minds blown by his stupidity. He was charged for speeding and illegal street racing. He was also sentenced to 2 years in jail.

July 10, 2015. 16 year old Stacie Dunlap was going to take her final driving test. She aced every single one so far. Before she could do so, 37 year old Antonio Lyons, who was severely angered after getting fired from his job at ETK Driving Experience, sped into the parking lot and wrecked the 5 cars that were in the lot. After wrecking the cars, Stacie and her Drivers E.D. teacher, Chris Glass, both got out of the car. Chris tried helping Stacie with her injuries, but was then attacked by Antonio, he was nearly beat to death. Stacie ran inside with other bystanders. Antonio then goth back in his SUV and crushed the Bitron and set a Bolide on fire.

Injuries: Stacie had some scratches on her arm from the broken glass. Chris had internal bleeding, 3 broken ribs, and a severe concussion after getting brutally attacked by Antonio.

Cars used: Civetta Bolide, Hirochi Sunburst, ETK S, Gavril D Series, Bitron B2, and a Gavril Roamer.

Aftermath: Antonio was arrest and is still in Prison to this day. Chris died 6 months later. Stacie not only got her license, she also went to Antonio's funeral and helped pay for his family's medical bills.

August 7, 2013. After robbing the MOAB Mechanic and Repair Shop, 25 year old Lisa Marks and 28 year old Even Marks sped from the building in their Van. They drove for 7 miles with 4 police cars behind them. With stress of the cops and the threat of Prison in his mind, Even decided to go suicide by plowing right into an oncoming Truck. He not only killed himself, he killed his sister aswell.

Injuries: Lisa and Even are D E D. The trucker, 47 year old Logan Oconnor, had a broken right leg, left ankle, and a broken left wrist. He also had a good sized chunk of metal in his chest, but he managed to live through all of it.

Aftermath: Logan had all expenses/ bills paid by the Mark's family. They apologized to him and tolled officers that "They had no idea that their own son and daughter were robbing companies".

Description: July 2, 2017. 21-year-old Tyler Maddox was turning when 19-year-old Matt Pachelle turned left and hit him. It was a fender bender. Matt got mad for no reason and shot Tyler multiple times. He had no idea police officers were around the corner.

Injuries: Tyler barely held on, and made it through 10 long surgeries.

Aftermath: Matt was sentenced to 15 years in prison for attempted murder and Tyler is still recovering. Unfortunately, Tyler is paralyzed from the waist down after being shot in the waist area multiple times. He will need more surgeries to help his lungs rehabilitate.

Description: July 2, 2017. Kim Della was turning when a liftback with a family in it was going down to the beach. The liftback struck Kim in the driver's side. Later, a group of friends coming up from the beach were talking and the driver wasn't focused, and hit Kim in the Passenger side.

Injuries: Kim had a broken leg and twisted ankle. Neither of the other people involved were hurt.

May 17, 2004. Max Mayfeild was heading back into Paradise City when she lost control of her car after hitting a pothole. She tried reversing off the wall but was T-Boned by Casidy Williams. Casidy was then hit by Michael Myton, who was then hit by Johnny Weather.

Injuries: Max had severe injuries to her Left side. Casidy, Michael, and Johnny had non-life threatening injuries.

Cars used: An Ibishu Pessima (1999), an Ibishu Pessima (1986), a Gavril Roamer, and a Bitron B2.

Aftermath: Casidy sued Max, but Michael and Johnny did not. Max survived and recovered from her injuries.

Description: January 31, 2018. 20-year-old Justin Agger had just bought a new Gavril Gladiator. He was pulling out of the parking lot when 50-year-old Ellie Martinez clipped him in the fender.

Injuries: Justin was shaken up and had a little neck pain. Ellie was having heart trouble.

Cars used: 1970 Gavril Gladiator, 1989 ETK I-series

Aftermath: Ellie was sued, and Justin won the lawsuit. Luckily, the older Gladiator was repairable, however, the ETK was not.

Crash Description: A Fait and Hopper were parked at a gas station when a cocky Barstow driver lost control and crashed into the pump. The roof collapsed on top of the cars.

June 15, 2008. Tyler Le was driving down Highway 25 when he accidentally bumped into Toby McGrath. They both pulled over and looked at the damages. 5 minutes later, Haily Hudson was driving down the same road when she saw the cars. She jerked her car to hard and went trunk first into Joyce Petty who was delivering some Parts to a nearby Mechanic. Haily's car bursts into flames several minutes after the accident.

Injuries: If Haily wasn't already dead by the impact, she would've burned to death. Toby was injured by some metal parts that hit him in his hand and leg. Joyce had several broken fingers and toes, including a broken arm, shoulder, and leg.

Aftermath: No lawsuits, Toby and Joyce recovered.
