Case: Head on rollover accident, January 6th, 2012.

Crash Description: Loran Rigo was was heading to work to a Gas Station on the outside of Firwood City. She turned onto Church Street, when she was struck by William Ports, who drifted into the oncoming lanes after suffering from a Diabetic issue. They're vehicles struck on the driver's side, and due to the slanted front of the 200BX, it caused William's Vertex to roll over and strike a bus stop sign. Police and Paramedics were on scene within 5 minutes due to the proximity.

Injuries: Due to William being unconscious for the entire accident, he only had minor spinal injuries. Loran only had a fractured wrist.

Incident Location: East Coast, USA (Firwood City)

    Vehicle(s) Involved: 2007 Gavril Vertex and 1990 Ibishu 200BX

Aftermath: Loran and William both recovered. After an investigation, it was found that William's ADD caused him to forget to take his medication.

Not a photo but video captured-

Case: rollover accident, July 30th 2019.

Description: Lorenzo Matteo had just bought his first car, a 2008 HMC Go 1.2 Confort (this car is an Automation mod I made) and wanted to show it off. He picked up two of his friends and went for an exciting drive along the cliff roads just outside their home town of Fastello. Approaching a corner, he pulled the handbrake, hoping to catch a nice drift- however the car was going too fast, caught the outside verge, spun and hit a rock face before rolling onto its roof.

Injuries: Lorenzo was OK, as was his front seat passenger Zen. The rear passenger, Andrea, suffered a fractured wrist after it got stuck in the grab-handle when the car rolled over.

    Location: just outside Fastello, Italy.

Vehicles involved: 2008 HMC Go 1.2 Confort.

Aftermath: Andrea made a full recovery within days, but joked that he would never get in a car with Lorenzo at the helm again. Lorenzo's parents were relieved that their son was uninjured, but furious that he had had his first accident so soon. Once the car was repaired (which they made Lorenzo pay for) he was made to spend some more time with his driving instructor until he was deemed responsible again.

Attached is a video of the incident. Also this was not in any way staged, I was test-driving the car and genuinely wanted to see if it could slide round that corner.

Case: Wrong way driver causes fatal head-on accident. June 8th, 2020.

Crash Description: After becoming heavily intoxicated, Viviano Cribari hopped in his Fieri and tried driving home. His first obstacle was city traffic, where he struck the rear of a city bus. As expected, he drove around the bus and ran. In his drunken state, he drifted over to the oncoming lanes of the highway. According to highway traffic cams, he attempted to get back over, but the barriered median prevented him. Instead of turning around, he continued down the highway at speeds of up to 70mph. Serena Bara, who was traveling the opposite direction in her Alpha, spotted Viviano's out-of-control Fieri just in time to get out of the way. Fedro Maffei was also lucky enough to avoid the Fieri. Unfortunately, Dante Danesi who was traveling next to her wasn't as lucky, as he had to smash into the guardrail to avoid the full impact of Viviano's car. After hitting the side of Dante, Viviano's car spun and was hit by Aldo Gamba, which killed him upon impact. Fast-acting bystanders were able to extract the surviving victims and call emergency services.

Injuries: Serena and Fedro were merely shaken up, while Dante had a broken wrist. Aldo, on the other hand, had severe chest and skull injuries and as of August, he still remains in the hospital.

Incident Location: Italy (City of Fastello)

    Vehicle(s) Involved: 1984 Soliad Fieri, 1985 ETK W Series, 2020 Cherrier Emousse, 1994 Roth Alpha, and a 2013 ETK 800 Series.

Aftermath: Serena, Fedro, and Dante walked away from the accident.

Case: head-on crash between vehicle and tree, March 10th 1999.

Description: Jim Schaffer, 83, suffered from dementia later in life, which often caused him to take completely irrational trains of thought and do questionable things for seemingly arbitrary reasons. On the morning of March 10th 1999, he woke up at 5:45 convinced that he and his wife were hosting a party that day and needed to get supplies- his wife, 79-year-old Lilian, awoke at 6:30 to get a glass of water and called the police to notify them that he was missing, and had taken the keys to his 1986 Bruckell LeGran S with him.

Jim was by no means a good driver, age and his condition taking away his reaction times, but having worked as a taxi driver much of his life he was still confident. It was dark when he set off, and he forgot to switch his headlights on, meaning that about five miles from home, on an unlit road, he failed to see a slight bend in the road ahead of him, causing the car to collide with some trees at about 30mph.

Injuries: it was nearly an hour before a police patrol found the car, and by then Jim was asleep, still in the driver's seat. When gently awoken by officers, he had no recollection of the incident, but panicked when he realised that he was sitting in his car, with no idea where he was, and the damage the car had taken. He was taken to hospital still in shock, his only physical scarring being a cut on his forehead where it had hit the steering wheel- this healed in a few days, though slight brain damage was suspected as his mind only deteriorated further.

Location: a backroad in East Coast, USA.

Vehicles involved: Jim's 1986 Bruckell LeGran. Because of the time of day the roads were virtually empty.

Aftermath: Jim's licence was revoked, and his original plan to give the car to his grandson (who was 16 and looking for a car of his own) fell through, and despite still being driveable and only really needing a new headlight, windscreen and some body work, the LeGran was scrapped.

    Case: Head-on crash, June 7th 2002.

Description: A Gavril D-Series work truck was stolen from a builder's house early in the morning on June 7th. Luckily it was not carrying any tools or equipment as the owner had had the commonsense not to do that after the last time it was taken. While fleeing police, the thief, 18-year-old Gavin McKenzie, rounded a corner too fast, and understeered into a line of parked cars outside a village shop before hitting a wall.

Injuries: Gavin suffered whiplash due to not wearing his seatbelt. The owner of the Pessima he hit, shop manager Karen Moran, was extremely lucky to escape unharmed as she had been unloading stock from the back seat when the truck hit.

    Location: Scottish Highlands.

Vehicles involved: 1988 Gavril D15, 1997 Ibishu Pessima 1.8DX, 1988 Ibishu Covet DX.

Aftermath: Since the damage to the truck was minimal, it was returned to its owner immediately after being run through forensic testing- afterwards, he followed the police's advice to add extra security measures such as a steering-wheel lock when the truck was parked. Gavin was sentenced to three years in prison for dangerous driving, taking without owner's consent (British for grand theft auto), criminal damage and driving whilst over the prescribed limit for alcohol. The Pessima was not written off, but the cost of repairs meant Karen put off all non-mechanical jobs, only getting the headlights replaced. It wound up looking like this for quite some time, as she needed the car for work and did not have time to take it to a garage. The Covet, due to its age and low value, was a write-off.

    Case: Head-on crash, August 17th 2015.

Description: A Romanian family holidaying in Scotland set off early in the morning to take in the sunrise, which they were told was spectacular. Though he was quite tired, the father, Nicolae, chose to drive their 1998 Ibishu Kashira around the coast roads. However, his mind went blank as he left the hotel car park and he forgot that we drive on the left in the UK. He found this out the hard way when a night-shift worker in a Hirochi approached from the opposite direction- Nicolae swerved left, realising his mistake, but the Hirochi driver had the same idea and they collided anyway.

Injuries: Nicolae was saved by the Kashira's airbag, but he still suffered severe whiplash and a broken arm. His wife Maria sustained fractures to her knees, as she had had her feet up on the dashboard. Her feet, which had hit the windscreen, were protected by her sturdy walking boots but her ankles were full of glass and required stitches. Their children, 7-year-old Cristina and 6-year-old Jacek, were both uninjured but extremely shaken by the incident. The Hirochi driver, 44-year-old Barry Williams, had to be airlifted to hospital with severe neck injuries.

    Location: Scottish Highlands.

Vehicles involved: 1998 Ibishu Kashira 2.5, 2009 Hirochi Sunburst.

Aftermath: Put simply, the family's holiday was ruined. They were granted extra time at their hotel until Maria was out of hospital, during which time they arranged a flight back to their home in Cluj-Napoca, and were given the number of a local taxi company to get around in the meantime. Barry's family claimed on his insurance and won the estimated value of the Sunburst (£3500), which was a total loss- as was the Kashira. Maria spent nearly a month in hospital, and three months after that requiring the use of crutches, which she was granted by the NHS but never returned as they were back home by then. Barry made a partial recovery, but it took a year and cost him his job- his neck was never quite right afterwards, not good enough to drive with.

    Case: Rear-end collision, April 9th 2020.

Description: Peter Burgas, 32, was not in a hurry to complete a journey in his brand-new Cherrier Vivace 110, partly because it wasn't exactly a performance machine but also because he wasn't like that anyway. The driver behind him, 57-year-old Kenneth Bowler, wasn't so patient. Bowler was known for using the size of his 1998 Gavril Roamer to intimidate other motorists, in fact he had gotten in trouble for tailgating before; on a 60mph dual-carriageway, where Burgas was content to do 40 in lane 1, Bowler was desperate to get that loser out from in front of him. Burgas responded to this aggression with aggression of his own, brake-checking the Roamer when it was barely a metre away from his back bumper. Bowler could not react in time, slamming into the Vivace before swerving into lane 2 and coming to a sudden stop. As he exited his car to have a furious rant at Burgas, even smashing the Vivace's door mirror off in rage, a young man in an ETK K-Series came speeding down lane 2 and could not stop in time- his car ended up wedged on the barrier, and Bowler's rage then turned on him.

Injuries: The ETK driver sustained a broken nose and wrist, as his preferred driving position was low-down and leaning into the centre of the car. Peter suffered minor spinal injuries from the force of the initial impact. Kenneth was unharmed in the collision, but punching the Vivace's mirror off left him with bloodied knuckles. Not that he cared, he liked to think of himself as an alpha male who could take any ailment in his stride.

    Location: Scottish Highlands.

    Vehicles involved: 2020 Cherrier Vivace 110d, 1998 Gavril Roamer I6 4x4, 2016 ETK Kc4d.

Aftermath: Kenneth did not admit fault despite the witness accounts, and he was made to take a driver awareness course, of which he later said "£85 of my money gone, and all I got out of it was a stupid pen". However, his car was virtually undamaged, which was something of a relief as he objected to paying any more than he absolutely had to for maintenance. Peter had to be provided with a courtesy car for several weeks while the rear axle, bodywork and electrics on his Cherrier were repaired, but delays in the legal system meant he had to suffer his mother's old Hirochi for a few weeks before that. The ETK driver admitted in court that he had been going "perhaps a bit fast" (though the impact was not at that speed, he had been travelling at roughly 70mph before slowing down), and he too was made to take a driver awareness course.

    Case: T-bone impact, September 4th 2005.

Description: Karla Swann was leaving her workplace after a long, tedious, extremely stressful day. She was also giving a ride to her friend and coworker Stephanie Graham, whose car had not started that morning. Karla's mind was not on the road, it was on getting home and having a coffee and a lie-down. As a result she did not even think to look as she pulled out onto the main road, where a large SUV was approaching too fast for either of them to react in time.

Injuries: Stephanie was critically injured, having a broken leg and five smashed ribs, one of which had punctured her right lung. Her right arm, hanging out of the open window of Karla's Ibishu Covet, was sheared off entirely at the elbow. Karla suffered from whiplash plus minor spinal problems, as the base-model Covet's seats were not particularly supportive. Her right hand, which had been resting on the gearlever at the time, took two broken fingers. The SUV driver, local career criminal John Victor, was uninjured, as were the two friends/partners-in-crime travelling with him. Stephanie unfortunately died of blood loss before ambulance crews were even on the scene.

    Location: Scottish Highlands.

    Vehicles involved:
1989 Ibishu Covet DX, 2004 Gavril Roamer XT.

Aftermath: Karla was traumatised by the crash, and even once she had recovered and the case had been settled in court, she refused to get behind the wheel again, opting to use the bus instead. John was furious about what had happened, to the point where he made considerable threats against Karla, her workplace and her household- once the letters he sent were presented as evidence by Karla's fiance, John was charged with conspiracy to commit arson and murder, on top of the death by dangerous driving charge he already had. He was sentenced to life in prison, and is still locked up today, his Roamer having been searched for evidence and then sold at a salvage auction.

Case: side-on impact with stationary vehicles, August 18th 2014.

Description: Truck driver Piotrek was working way over his hours, but the dodgy company he worked for had disabled its trucks' tachometers, and forged them whenever they were inspected. He had been taking jobs around Poland all night and all morning, by midday he was struggling to concentrate. This became apparent when he was faced with a street too narrow for his truck and another vehicle to fit down at once- rather than braking when he saw the oncoming Pessima, he panicked and swerved to the left, hitting a row of parked cars.

Injuries: None, luckily- though some local children had been playing in the surrounding fields, they were not close enough to get caught up in the crash.

    Location: Countryside in Poland.

    Vehicles involved: 1980 Gavril T75, 1999 Ibishu Covet DX, 1997 Ibishu Kashira Friend, 1986 ETK I-Series 2400, 1998 Gavril H25.

Aftermath: When the cause of the crash was looked into, Piotrek spilled the beans about his company's dirty doings and how they treated their employees- this cost him his job, but it did not matter as the business closed down not long after, having being forced to compensate Piotrek and the owners of the damaged cars. Piotrek was found not at fault because of the circumstances.

    Case: Rear-end collision, July 22nd 2017.

Description: The Citadel in Moltofino was such a busy tourist attraction that its patrons had gotten desperate for parking spaces to accommodate all the French, Italian, Swiss, further afield and even locals who wanted to see the structure and learn about its history. One of those locals was Jean Bastia, who was bringing his wife Rosa to the Citadel to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary. His new ETK 854td was perfect transport to get them there, however Jean decided to leave it running while he asked about guided tours. The car was his first automatic, so he forgot to take it out of gear and it ended up pushing another tourist's car down the steep hill atop which the Citadel sat.

Injuries: None, as Rosa was able to get out in time and the other car was unoccupied.

    Location: The Citadel, Moltofino.

Vehicles involved: 2016 ETK 854td, 1990 Ibishu Covet.

Aftermath: The Covet belonged to a French tourist who was distraught as the car was his pride and joy, and now he had no way of getting back home to Nice. Jean was extremely apologetic, admitting that it was his fault and offering to pay for repairs to the car, which were around the 1000€ mark. Once the ETK was recovered, and that same wrecker had travelled down the hill to retrieve the stricken Covet, Jean offered to pay for them all to take a guided tour the next day, getting there by taxi. There were no legal repercussions for either party, but the Moltofino Tourism Association investigated the case and installed a railing around the hilltop parking area, as well as introducing a booking system for busier times in an effort to reduce numbers.

It probably seems like I'm spamming this thread, but I'm hoping someone else will post something.

    Case: Three-quarter head-on collision and secondary head-on, September 6th 2014.

Description: Werner Karlsson was tired of German traffic police pointing out the illegal modifications on his Ibishu 200BX, and fining him for it. So he took the car over the border into Poland, where he could have some fun with it. However, German police called ahead once he crossed the border, telling Polish cops to look out for a yellow 200BX on German plates. Werner could outrun the Polish traffic cops in their Pessimas, but he still had to stop for fuel. Once the car was full, he sped away without paying- he did not have time for that- back onto the road, and straight into a truck. Another car had to swerve to avoid hitting his other side and slammed into a building.

Injuries: Werner was left with a severe laceration on his forehead, and facial scarring, from the 200BX's wheel- it did not have an airbag. The truck driver was fine, as was the other car driver. The fact that Werner had neglected to put his seatbelt back on meant he had also bodyslammed the wheel, leaving him with bruised ribs and in a lot of pain.

Location: Countryside in Poland, outside the petrol station.

    Vehicles involved: 1992 Ibishu 200BX, 1990 Ibishu Pessima DX, 2011 Scania P420 8x8 rigid.

Aftermath: Werner was treated in a Polish hospital for three weeks following the crash, before being returned to Germany under arrest. He was eventually given a fine for the cost of the fuel, plus two speeding tickets he had picked up in Poland, and received a two-year driving ban. His car was crushed shortly after, as it did not meet emissions regulations either.

    Case: Terrible multi-car accident. October 11th 2002.

Crash Description: Jake Lord was transporting several passengers in his shuttle bus (provided by ECU Transit) to a transit station outside the main port. Laura Poke was driving the opposite direction, towards the docks to pick up a friend. A Jake was about to pass an Industrial office outlet, Anthony Leech pulled out without warning and without yielding. He was struck by Jake's bus, which propelled it into a telephone pole. Laura was able to avoid the shuttle bus, but unable to avoid Anthony's Legran, which she struck head-on at a low speed.

Injuries: Jake, Laura, and 2 passengers had minor injuries while the rest of the passengers were shaken up. Anthony was in critical condition for a month but amazingly survived.

    Incident Location: Industrial Port

    Vehicle(s) Involved: 1984 Bruckell LeGran, 1997 FS-65 Shuttle Bus, and a 1988 Gavril D Series.

Aftermath: Anthony accepted all liability, but Jake sued for lost wages, but then quit his job.

Case: Head-on collision and secondary rollover, 21st June 1980.

Description: 17-year-old Tom Mendez was never anything but a careless driver. He had no time for waiting behind larger or slower vehicles- when a tipper truck appeared in front of him fulfilling both those descriptions to a tee, he did not hesitate to overtake. However, a beater muscle car was no handling machine, leaving him with little option when a car appeared in the oncoming lane. Mendez hit that unfortunate Bruckell head-on, ricocheting into the side of the truck. The truck driver flinched upon feeling the impact, sending his truck veering off the road and into several rolls.

Injuries: Tom did not survive the accident, having been flung all around the interior of his Gavril Barstow. The Bruckell driver was critically injured, but survived with brain damage and several broken bones. The truck driver suffered minor head injuries in the rollover, but was able to walk away.

Location: Utah, just off the freeway.

Vehicles involved: 1968 Gavril Barstow, 1974 Bruckell Moonhawk, 1979 Gavril T75.

Aftermath: Tom was found almost entirely at fault- the Moonhawk driver admitted that he had had his eyes off the road for a few moments while retuning his radio, and that that was why he did not take more evasive action. However, he was let off with a caution and paid $2000 compensation by Tom's family. The truck driver was not charged, but did take a month off work to recover, using all his paid leave for the year.

Case: Reverse collision, August 2nd 2020.

Description: Moltofino taxi driver Armand Fiero was used to picking up rich tourists from the town's boutique shops- parking up there was second nature to him. He was so used to it, though, that he sometimes made mistakes through not thinking through his manoeuvres. August 2nd was one of those days- he got out of his cab to find the customer in person since they were taking longer than expected, but forgot to put his handbrake on. The Pessima cab rolled down the sloped street, bouncing off one parked car and coming to rest against another one.

Injuries: None, but a man at the end of the street was nearly scared to death when the ETK he was leaning on lurched forward having been hit from behind.

    Location: Moltofino.

Vehicles involved: 1998 Ibishu Pessima DX estate, 2020 Cherrier Vivace E, 2019 Hirochi eSBR 500, 2015 ETK 854td Scaliota.

Aftermath: Damage to the ETK was minimal, but it still had to be checked over by a technician, which really annoyed its owner as he had to get back home to Croatia soon. The eSBR needed a new bonnet, and the electrics behind the bumpers had to be checked over as well- those repairs totalled around 650€ including labour, and its owner sued the taxi company for that amount. He won the case, getting Armand fired in the process (after he had been forced to admit fault). The Pessima was still in roadworthy condition, and so it was not repaired before being put back into service with another driver. The Cherrier was also a tourist's car, though it had only come from Marseilles and could get back there without needing major fixing- only one of the headlights needed sorting, and while that did cost 800€ it was not an emergency because the owner could simply not drive at night until then.

    Case: Head-on collision, April 13th 2017.

Description: A relatively small police force on a relatively small island was not usually busy, so locals often did not look out for flashing lights as a sign of a hazard. On April 13th, a local motorist in an Ibishu Covet had been pulled over and was being ticketed for careless driving- only because he had made a dangerous overtake and nearly hit the police car, mind you, they didn't normally care. However, worse was to come- another local, Pedro, in a Pessima was heading the same way. While passing the stopped car, he was too busy pointing and laughing at the car (which had overtaken him earlier) having been pulled up, and was not watching the road ahead of him. Coming the other way, though it had stopped upon seeing the Pessima, was a local tourist bus (this being such a small island, a normal 4x4 sufficed, and April was peak season for tourism as the summer was far too hot). The Covet was let go while the police officers tended to the resulting head-on crash.

Injuries: Pedro's movements as the crash happened left him at serious risk of a broken neck, but luckily this was not the case. Everyone in the tour bus was fine, though a few phones had been damaged after flying out of people's hands during the crash.

    Location: Jungle Rock Island.

Vehicles involved: 1989 Ibishu Pessima HX, 1995 Ibishu Hopper No Limits.

Aftermath: The tourists were refunded the fees they had paid, and these went towards Pedro's hospital treatment- the island had a great sense of community, and the bus driver knew him personally. His Pessima was considered to be too far gone to repair, and (as was customary on an island with no metal processing facilities) it was dumped in the sea. The tour bus was not mechanically damaged, and was encouraged to continue like nothing had happened.

Case: Failure to yield/head-on accident. March 20th 2011.

Crash Description: Malakai Yates was driving home after grabbing some chinese food, while Ricardo Jem was driving an Ambulance to a garage for an oil check. Malakai, distracted by Lo Mein noodles, turned left without acknowledging Ricardo. The impact launched Malakai's car onto the median, causing it to roll. Malakai was ejected from the vehicle as it rolled due to his lack of a seatbelt. The ambulance then hit a line of parked cars, and then went onto the grass.

Injuries: Malakai had severe injuries and lacerations across his body, while Ricardo had minor chest and spinal injuries.

    Incident Location: Los Injuros City

    Vehicle(s) Involved: 1984 Bruckell LeGran, 1995 Gavril H Series, 1987 Ibishu Covet, and a 1988 Ibishu Pessima.

Aftermath: Malakai passed away a week later in the hospital due to complications while Ricardo recovered. The LeGran, H Series, and Covet were totalled.

Case: Rollover accident, August 8th 2008.

Description: Ricardo Lopez was one of several ornithologists staying at a bird research station on Small Island. While taking care of a shipment of supplies at the island's port, he got a call from his colleague at the research station itself, telling him to get down there immediately, they had seen something very unusual and wanted his verdict. Ricardo raced down there in his truck, but was in such a rush that he caught air over a crest, and lost control after landing, spearing off the road and rolling the truck.

Injuries: Ricardo was shaken, and had taken a few cuts from smashed windscreen glass, but was otherwise okay.

Location: Small Island, USA, on the coast road between the port and the research station.

Vehicles involved: 2002 Gavril D25 XT.

Aftermath: Ricardo called his colleagues at the station, asking for a ride back there. When one of them turned up, they were shocked to discover what had happened, and insisted that Ricardo get medical attention. A few bandages from the station's first-aid kit proved to be enough, and he continued working like nothing had happened. There were no mechanics on the island to repair the truck, so it was limped back to the port and loaded onto the supply boat, with the order given that it should be fixed on the mainland and brought back with the next lot of supplies a month later. This all went to plan, though Ricardo did have to take out a payday loan to cover the repair bill.

Case: Near miss followed by multiple rolls, May 15th 1996.

Description: A truck driver carrying some valuable cargo was being very careful not to catch the rock face on the inside of the mountain road he was driving on. Doing this, however, meant he had strayed into the middle of the road, and it spelled disaster when oncoming traffic appeared. That oncoming driver, in an ETK I-Series, had to swerve violently to their right- off the road, and down the mountainside.

Injuries: The ETK driver did not survive. The words of the search-and-rescue team upon finding him were "I've seen pies filled with less mushy stuff than this car".

Location: Mount Danger, near the summit.

Vehicles involved: 1981 Gavril T75 (no impact, but did cause the incident), 1991 ETK I-Series 3000i.

Aftermath: The truck driver did not stop, as he did not see what had happened. However, when another driver came down the road and called police to say they had seen a blue car tumbling down the mountain, and that there was a truck driver dangerously over the lane marker heading the other way, he was questioned. Though the ETK driver's family pushed for a murder conviction, the truck driver was instead found guilty of vehicular manslaughter and sentenced to fifteen years in prison. The company he had been working for profusely apologised but was still sued for $1.2 million, and made all their other drivers take driving courses to make sure such a thing would never happen again.

    Case: Distracted driving/pile-up. October 4th, 2011.

Description: A team of DOT workers were called out to a deteriorating piece of asphalt on the MOAB expressway in Utah. An hour and several near-misses later, police were asked to come out and control traffic. The officers, Flynn Paris and Kory Mitchel, put down traffic barrels and turned on their light-bars. As the evening went on, more and more cars were having trouble. Cody Farley and his wife Jaylene Farley were among one of those cars. As they were attempting to merge, 3 other cars queued up behind them; Ronny Miles in his Gavril, Nigel Evie and his friend Dustan Dane in their Covet, and Sherri Kenard in her ETK. Miriam Clyde was hauling Petrolin her beloved T Series which she had been driving for a decade and a half. She had her phone out, texting her father about thanksgiving plans, but in her distracted state, failed to notice the jam up ahead. She smashed into the line of cars doing over 70mph, which pushed them out of the way like toys. Cody and Jaylene were killed after Miriam's truck crushed their car against the flatbed work truck. After blasting through the cars, the truck crushed the flatbed again the mixer, sparking a fire from a the punctured gas tank. Kory and a DOT worker were caught in between and were killed. Flynn was hit by his cruiser, which got shoved to the side by the cement mixer, while two other works managed to dodge the chaos. The last worker, who was inside the mixer, was knocked out when it flipped over and burned to death inside after the mixer caught on fire. Bystanders were able to extract the rest of the victims (Miriam, Ronny, Nigel and Dustan, and Sherri).

Injuries: Kory, Cody, Jaylene, and 2 unnamed workers died on scene while Sherri died on the way to the hospital. Dustan and Nigel survived with severe injuries to the neck, chest, head, and legs. Miriam, Ronny, and Flynn survived with moderate injuries to the chest and minor injuries to the legs, arms, and head.

    Location: MOAB Expressway (Utah, USA)

Vehicles involved: 1985 ETK W, 2000 Gavril D Series, 1987 Ibishu Covet, 1988 Ibishu Pessima, two 2009 Hirochi Sunbursts, two 1977 Gavril T Series', and a 1995 Gavril H Series. All vehicles were totalled.

Aftermath: Miriam, after recovering, was charged with 6 counts of vehicular manslaughter and 1 count of distracted driving and was sentenced to 53 years in prison. Dustan, Nigel, and Flynn survived and started a fundraiser for the funerals of the lives lost in this horrific accident. 5 poles were erected at the accident site to remember the deaths of Cody, Kory, Jaylene, Sherri, and the two DOT workers.
