    Case: Holiday Chaos

Description: A Gavril Roamer was driving around the streets of Italy, the driver loved the scenery. Sadly, while he was being mesmerised, he failed to notice an orange Autobello Piccolina that was turning through the corner. He tried to veer away, but it wasn't enough. He hit the car and sent them both off the edge. Down below, there was an unsuspecting Bruckell LeGran driver that got stuck at the top of the ascent to the police station. The Roamer fell and hit the car, damaging the rear end.

Injuries: The Piccolina driver suffered a broken arm, the Roamer driver suffered a broken leg and the LeGran driver escaped free of injuries.

Vehicles Involved: 1989 Gavril D-Series Canyonero, 1965 Autobello Piccolina, 1980 Bruckell LeGran.

    Location: Italy.

Aftermath: The road was closed for the rest of the day while Forensics cleared the area. The Roamer driver was sentenced to 2 years in prison for not paying attention to the road.

Case: amateur drifting accident, September 1st 2012.

Description: an amateur drifter lost control of his car on a long, sweeping bend- he countersteered, trying to hold the slide, but the car drifted into the oncoming lane and hit another car head-on, spinning it round and rolling down the hillside into some trees.

Injuries: the occupants of the other car all sustained minor injuries, with the front passenger needing to be cut free from the wreckage. The drifter was concussed, but otherwise saved by his car's safety equipment.

Vehicles involved: 1993 Ibishu 100JBX, 1998 Ibishu Covet.

    Location: Fujigoko.

Aftermath: the drifter, once he spent a few days recovering, was put on trial and charged with dangerous driving. He lost his licence and was sentenced to a year in prison. The passenger of the Covet eventually recovered, but suffered chronic back pain as a result of the crash.

Case: road rage incident, July 1st 1991.

Description: late at night, a couple travelling across Utah came across a trucker who could not keep to one lane. The driver got impatient, refusing to wait behind the truck while it drifted across the road. After some prolonged use of the horn, he went for an overtake, getting cut off by the truck in the process- this happened once more, with the attempt after that being successful but brake-checking without ABS caused the pickup to lose control. This caused them to lose time and fall back further- the next overtake attempt saw the pickup forced off the road, up a rocky bank and into the side of the trailer.

Injuries: both the pickup's occupants suffered minor injuries, with the driver later complaining of neck pain. This did not stop him attempting to beat up the truck driver when they stopped, though.

Vehicles involved: 1988 Gavril D15 Crew Cab, 1983 Gavril T75.

    Location: Utah.

Aftermath: the pickup driver was found at fault and his licence was suspended. He retook his driving test but failed miserably. The trucker was found to have alcohol in his system, so he was given a DUI and fired. The case was backed up by plenty of photo evidence- the pickup driver's girlfriend had been photographing as much as she could the whole time.

Loss of Control: Autobello Piccolina, privately owned by the driver, Fatal accident occurred October 19th, 2019, in Los Injurus, USA:

    (View of accident scene)
    • Location: near Airport, Los Injurus, USA
    • Date & Time: 10/19/2019, 700 EST
    • Vehicle: Autobello Piccolina
    • Owner/Operator: Private
    • Vehicle Damage: Destroyed
    • Defining Event: Loss of Control
    • Injuries: 2 (Fatal)
    • Trip Type: Private

    - Analysis:
The driver was traveling along with his friend in his 1970s Italian built 2-seater coupe to attend a meeting in the Los Injurus Airport. According to multiple eyewitnesses, the vehicle's front left tire struck a rock on the entry to the highway. Two drivers stopped to check on the driver but they were "surprised" that the Piccolina kept on going. A third driver followed the car to tell the driver about the tire damage. The driver managed to keep up with the Piccolina and drive next to it (to the right of it), he told the driver about the damage but the Piccolina driver said that "everything was good". The driver and two other witnesses saw the vehicle speed up right before a curve that leads to a tunnel entrance. The eyewitnesses reported that the Piccolina lost control and crashed head-on with the tunnel's left entry beam. Both occupants were fatally injured.
Examination of the wreckage revealed that the vehicle had sustained extreme front-left crushing damage (from the driver's side). The engine and other components were substantially damaged. Examination of the front left tire revealed that it separated from the vehicle and came to the rest on the outer right lane. Further examination of the tire revealed damage that was consistent with a pre-impact collision with an unidentified object, later determined as a rock.
Toxicology testing performed at the Forensic Sciences Laboratory was negative for carbon monoxide, ethanol, and drugs.

    - Probable Cause:

    • The driver's decision to continue driving / failure to stop following substantial damage to the front left tire (caused by an undetected object). Which resulted in a loss of control and impact with a tunnel entrance.

    - General Information:
On October 19th, 2019, at around 700 eastern standard daytime, a private Autobello Piccolina, was destroyed when it crashed into into a tunnel entrance near Los Injurus Airport, Los Injurus, USA. The certified driver and one passenger sustained fatal injures. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident.
During interviews with multiple witnesses, they reported that the Piccolina struck a rock and continued driving up until it lost control before a tunnel entrance and crashed into a beam. Another witness reported that he drove next to the Piccolina to inform him about the damage and the Piccolina driver told him that everything was under control.
Examination of the wreckage revealed that the vehicle came to the rest in the middle of the road. Extreme backwards crushing damage was observed from the driver's side. The front left tire separated upon impact and was located to the far right of the tunnel.
Further on scene examination of the vehicle revealed that there were no anomalies consistent with a preimpact failure or malfunctions.
The vehicle was transported to a secure facility for further examination.

    Case: drink-driving crash, May 8th 2020.

Description: a young woman left a party extremely drunk and decided it would be best to drive herself home. She was spotted by police, who were suspicious of her erratic driving, and she panicked and fled. In the end, she could not keep control of her Hirochi enough to lose them, crashing into a tree at high speed.

Injuries: the driver sustained minor injuries to her neck and left arm, and was admitted to hospital for the night prior to her arrest.

Vehicles involved: 2012 Hirochi Sunburst Sport.

    Location: just outside Fastello, Italy.

Aftermath: the driver was treated for her injuries before being taken into custody, where she insisted that she did not know she was drunk and that she had been advised to drive home by a friend- neither of these claims were true, and neither prevented her getting a year-long driving ban. Her car was totalled as well.

Insufficient rest / fatigue: Ibishu Pessima, owned by Carter Cabs and operated by the driver, Fatal accident occurred March 11th, 2020, in West Coast, USA:

    (View of accident scene)

    • Location: West Coast, USA
    • Date & Time: 03/11/2020, 914 EST
    • Vehicle: Ibishu Pessima
    • Owner/Operator: Carter Cabs / Driver
    • Vehicle Damage: Substantial
    • Defining Event: Insufficient rest / fatigue
    • Injuries: 1 (Fatal)
    • Trip Type: Taxi

    - Analysis:
The driver of the four-seat taxi cab was on the end of his 9-hour shift when he was observed losing control on a curvy turn. The cab impacted the road's side fence. First responders reported that the driver was not wearing his seatbelt and that he had sustained major blunt trauma injuries. The cab sustained substantial damage to the front-passenger side.
According to a passenger, he was picked by the driver in the early morning hours for a trip to the downtown area. This was confirmed as the first trip of the day for the cab driver which was estimated to be 9 hours before the accident. Further research of the driver's phone records and city CCTV cameras showed that the driver didn't take a single rest in the nine hours before the accident. According to the last passenger picked up by the cab driver, he reported that it seemed that the driver was a bit "tired" and "late to respond" at times.
Examination of the vehicle revealed no anomalies consistent with a preimpact failure or malfunction. Furthermore, toxicology testing performed at the Forensic Sciences Laboratory was negative for carbon monoxide, ethanol, and drugs.
Available information suggest the driver was awake for at 15 hours before the accident. This means that the driver was
likely fatigued which hindered his ability to manage the workload environment, maintain a correct speed and clearance from obstacles.

    - Probable Cause:
    • The driver's insufficient rest / fatigue, which resulted in his inability to maintain clearance from a road obstacle. Contributing to the accident was the failure of the company to provide effective timetables for the drivers to avoid fatigue. Also contributing to the severity of the driver's injuries was his failure to wear the seatbelt.

    - General Aviation:
On March 11th, 2020, an Ibishu Pessima taxi cab, was substantially when it was involved in an accident in West Coast City, USA. The certified taxi driver was fatally injured. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident.

An eyewitness reported that the cab lost control on a curvy road turn and crashed into a guardrail. The driver was not wearing his seatbelt.

Examination of the wreckage revealed substantial rearward crushing damage to the front passenger side. Control continuity was established by the IIC (Investigator In Charge). Furthermore, examination of the engine and other components revealed no pre-impact malfunctions. The vehicle was moved to a secure location for further examination.

Case: Reckless driving causes crash with 2 fatalities, June 5, 1971.
Description: Officer Bob (46) had just pulled over a 1963 Ibishu Miramar that was going 20 MPH over the speed limit (75 in a 55). Bob got out of his Bluebuck, and talked to the Miramar driver, James Johnson, (51), who said he was speeding to make it to a nearby restaurant to get lunch. Suddenly, a Doyler Beagle going 60 in a 55 zone went down the road. The Beagle driver (who wishes to remain anonymous) saw Officer Bob, who he was annoyed at for 5 traffic citations in 2 weeks, and decided to get revenge. He aimed his Beagle towards the ramp, hoping to flatten Officer Bob's car, but instead hit the barrier, got his Beagle stuck in the Bluebuck and flattened the Miramar roof. The Beagle driver was fatally injured on impact, same with James, who was still inside his Miramar.
Injuries: Both the Beagle driver and James were fatally injured on impact, while Officer Bob only had minor cuts because he stepped out of the car. If Bob was in his Bluebuck, he would have severe injuries.
Cars Used: 1963 Ibishu Miramar Luxe, 1968 Doyler Beagle 1600, 1963 Gavril Bluebuck Police Interceptor.
Map Used: West Coast, USA, Highway.
Aftermath: Officer Bob, traumatized by the accident, retired from the police force in 1973. He passed away due to natural causes in 2011 at the age of 86. The cars, deemed totaled, were taken to junkyards. All police stations retired the unit number 526 in honor of Officer Bob.

He was suspicious that something was wrong with his 2012 Ibishu Condesenda, an electric Covet made in late 2011. He decided to get out of the vehicle and call 911 right as the car caught fire. Officer Jimmy (61) arrived at the scene in his Hirochi Sunburst AWD Police Car, and decided to tend to the emergency. He discovered that battery acid from the car was leaking onto the road, faster than can be safely put out. He decided to tend to Neil's injuries. Neil got in the car and both drove off to safety.
Injuries: None, Neil was shaken up.
Cars Used: 2012 Ibishu Condesenda, 2010 Hirochi Sunburst Police Pursuit RS AWD

Case: crash into parked car with secondary rear-end collision, August 13th 2019.

Description: desperate to overtake the town's slow-moving street sweeper, an ETK driver floored it down the wrong side of a narrow hilltop road. She approached the next corner far too quickly, smashing into a parked car on the outside. A passerby was debating whether to stop and help, or carry on as he would be late to a meeting if he stopped- at the last second, he decided to stay, suddenly stopping and intending to reverse up the road- however, his Hirochi was rear-ended by the sweeper, unprepared for such a sudden manoeuvre.

Injuries: the sweeper driver suffered neck pains, and the ETK driver mild whiplash and some bruised ribs, but everyone was able to walk away.

Vehicles involved: 2017 ETK 836t cabriolet, 1990 Ibishu Covet DX, 1984 Ibishu Pigeon, 2016 Hirochi SBR4.

    Location: Castelletto, Italy.

Aftermath: all the cars were able to drive away, however the Covet was written off due to the repair cost. The ETK driver was found fully at fault and charged with dangerous driving, she received a fine on top of her car's repair bill.

Case: High speed turn caused by brake failure leads to fatal bus crash, May 5, 2011
Crash Description: A Garfield Heights bus driver who wishes to remain anonymous had just finished picking up kids from school and taking them to their homes. On one corner, his Dansworth D2500 bus had a sudden break failure, and if the bus couldn't stop it would hit a building and injure people. The bus driver took action in his own hands to stop the out of control bus without injuring the citizens that were inside the shop. The bus driver knew that hitting a corner at high speed, especially the bowl-like corner in the town, would cause the bus to crash, therefore stopping it. The bus driver took the bus going around 40-50 MPH over the bowl-like corner and the bus responded by flipping onto its side. Many of the citizens heard a diesel engine followed by tires screeching and an explosion like sound. The citizens rushed outside to see an overturned bus. The driver got out of the bus through the roof emergency exit with minor injuries, because he was wearing a seatbelt and the bus was the safest bus used by the district. One of the citizens called 911 and police officers arrived within 10 minutes.
Injuries: The bus driver had minor injuries that were treated on the scene by the police officer.
Cars Used: Dansworth D2500, Gavril D-Series Police (unharmed)
Map Used: Garfield Heights by Occam's Razor
Aftermath: The bus driver retired 10 years later.

Case: social media stunt goes wrong, June 27th 2019.

Description: in an attempt to gain notoriety online, a young man decided to drive his sports car down the wrong side of a freeway at high speed. However, one oncoming car he was unable to avoid- swerving round another meant he almost lost control. Both cars came to a sudden stop, and another skidded into the barrier trying to avoid hitting them.

Injuries: the wannabe stuntman suffered a broken wrist, but he was more concerned about his camera- that was fine, though. The driver and front passenger of the other car had a few cuts, but both men in the rear were okay. The other driver involved was fine, as was his family.

Vehicles involved: 2015 Hirochi Sunburst Sport RS, 2016 ETK 856t, 2003 Gavril Roamer.

    Location: West Coast USA.

Aftermath: the video captured was not uploaded on its own as intended- instead, when he was discharged from hospital he made a ten-minute-long video about the crash, and included his captured footage within it. He claimed in the video that he had proven why driving the wrong way was a bad idea, but the apology that followed did not seem genuine and he lost a lot of followers over it. Everyone else involved made a full recovery within a few weeks, and both the ETK and the Sunburst were repaired, paid for by the influencer.

Case: inability to park leads to road rage, May 5th 2019.

Description: a fairly wealthy middle-aged woman arrived at a fuel station with the intention of buying some wine from the shop. There was only one parking space available, though- and she could not fit her SUV into it. The vehicles either side were hit multiple times, as was the building itself, and she eventually gave up and stormed away, crashing into a car as she pulled out back onto the road.

Injuries: none, though the SUV driver put the fear of God into the garage attendant when he went out to see what was happening, and equally laid into the owners of the other cars when they heard their alarms.

Vehicles involved: 2017 ETK 1354t, 1999 Ibishu Covet LXi, 2011 Hirochi Sunburst, 1998 Ibishu Covet DXi.

    Location: Italy.

Aftermath: the SUV driver had her licence suspended for a year and was made to pay for the damages she had caused. The blue Covet was a write-off, though.

    Crash:
Speeding causes 3 car crash, May 5, 2004
Description: John, a 43 year old TurboBurger driver got in a Bruckell Prism delivery car to deliver a meal to a family in the more expensive side of town. John wanted to get there fast, but he saw an ETK W Series stopped in the middle of the road because the engine stalled. John swerved around the stalled ETK, sped through the light, and hit a fire hydrant, almost causing his car to overturn, and he almost got trapped inside. Luckily, the car landed on all four tires so that emergency services can help John. Another TurboBurger went to help by driving an Ibishu Pessima and clipped the ETKs bumper, sending the ETK into a lamppost while the Pessima went into a pillar at the Gavril dealer. Officer Owen was patrolling a neighborhood when dispatch said that all units should go to a car crash in Belasco City. Owen was the first one on the scene, and an ambulance arrived a few minutes later. All drivers except for the Pessima TurboBurger driver were ok. The Pessima TurboBurger driver died on impact due to not wearing a seatbelt, the speed of the crash, and having the airbags off.
Injuries: The ETK driver and Prism driver both escaped with minor injuries. The Pessima driver died on impact, and Officer Owen reported on the news that 1 was killed in the crash.
Cars Used:ETK W Series, Bruckell Prism, Ibishu Pessima (TurboBurger and police), Gavril H45 Ambulance.
    Map Used: West Coast, USA
Aftermath: The ETK driver sued TurboBuger for $50,000 for not having good drivers and won in court. The Pessima driver's friends were very sad to hear he got killed in an auto wreck, and also sued TurboBurger for $25,000.

Case: road rage incident causes pileup, 30th October 2020.

Description: a crossover driving slowly in the fast lane annoyed the driver of a larger SUV so much they undertook and brake-checked it. Coming to almost a complete stop, the SUV was rear-ended by the smaller car, ricocheted into the other lane and was hit by another car.

    Injuries: none.

    Vehicles involved: 2018 ETK 1354d, 2020 Cherrier Tograc 110d, 2009 Hirochi Sunburst.

    Location: Italy.

Aftermath: the ETK driver was given a fine, but since the accident technically wasn't their fault (as they were hit from behind) the insurance company did pay out and all three cars were repaired.
