Case: side impact, February 23rd 1969.

Description: a driver turning around at a junction did not look before pulling across the road and was t-boned by another car.

Injuries: the driver and passenger of the other car both had some cuts, but everyone was otherwise fine.

Vehicles involved: 1954 Burnside Special Wagon, 1967 Doyler Beagle 2200.

    Location: Garfield Heights.

Aftermath: both cars were repaired and back on the road in a few months. The Burnside remained with the same owner until 1974 when it disappeared from the roads- it spent years sitting on his driveway and was last seen at a demolition derby nearby in 1986. The Beagle remained in use until 1983, though by then it had virtually rusted away and what was left was dumped unceremoniously in a field where it remains to this day.

Case: Passing-out due to medical issues causes crash, 28 October 2020.

Description: A Park Ranger had issues with his health but the boss told him he must still be stand-by for minimal 1 week. on the 4th day, he passes out, crashes into a oncoming car and flipped.

    Injuries:
    Apart from the passing-out none.

    Car(s): 1993 Ibishu Hopper, 2020 Cherrier Emousse E

    Location: Utah, USA.

Aftermath: The ranger was rushed to the hospital where he fully recoverd, even from his post-crash issues. He moved to Belasco City. The man in the other car, from Nevada, stayed in Utah for 2 weeks. The boss was fired.
The Hopper had broken steering, and therefore it was written-off. The Emousse was heavely damaged, and transported to a local garage, where it was fixed and now it happily lives in Nevada.

    Case: pileup, January 9th 1972.

Description: a driver in a very powerful muscle car went to overtake a car which was travelling more slowly due to icy conditions. The rear wheels of the muscle car lost traction, though, and sent the car spinning across the road, hitting the side of the other one and pushing it into the barrier. Two oncoming cars swerved into a ditch trying to avoid hitting the stricken muscle car, and one coming the other way could not stop in time either.

Injuries: the passenger of the Miramar had a few glass cuts to his arm but that was all.

Vehicles involved: 1971 Gavril Barstow 526 Roadsport, 1966 Ibishu Miramar, 1970 Gavril Vendetta, 1969 Gavril Barstow, 1963 Gavril Bluebuck.

    Location: East Coast, USA.

Aftermath: all cars involved except the Miramar and the Bluebuck were repaired- the damage to the latter was so minimal that for the rest of its lifespan (until it was taken off the road in 1991) repair was not necessary, and the Miramar's steering damage left it a write-off. The Barstow 526 is still around today, having been left in a barn for most of the 1990s and being recovered and restored in 2007. The older Barstow remained in use until 1982 when terminal rot saw it scrapped. The Vendetta was removed from service in 1977 and remains in a field in Firwood County to this day. Finally, the Bluebuck was recovered from that very same field in 2001 and participated in a demolition derby.

    Case: multi-vehicle incident, February 23rd 2010.

Description: a driver following a slow-moving truck decided he'd had enough of waiting and pulled out to pass it. However, a car was already passing him- the two collided, and the drier behind the truck, due to his increased speed, rammed its trailer- upon stopping, he was rear-ended by the car behind him. The other car, that had been passing, did not stop, and passed the truck, but got clipped by it as the two lanes merged. That driver did not want to stop, and reversed out from in front of the truck, into a live lane where it was collected by a fast-moving pickup truck- whose driver was left temporarily unconscious with his foot still on the throttle. The pickup only came to rest upon hitting an oncoming van.

Injuries: the pickup truck driver cracked his skull requiring surgery. After the accident he was left with mild brain damage. The two occupants of the van both had whiplash and the driver a broken arm. The driver who attempted to get away was left with neck injuries. There were no major injuries in the other cars, and the truck driver was fine- in fact, he did not notice his vehicle getting hit from behind, and was only alerted to the other crash by the Pessima's horn sounding as the car spun across the front of his truck.

    Vehicles involved: 2009 Gavril T75, 1993 Gavril Grand Marshal, 2000 Ibishu Pessima Coupe, 2009 Hirochi Sunburst, 2002 Gavril D15, 1999 Gavril H25.

    Location: West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the Grand Marshal and the Pessima were both scrap, and while the latter went straight to the crusher the Gavril was acquired by an amateur mechanic in rural Belasco County who intended to use it as a parts car. The pickup and the van were repaired, paid for by the Pessima driver (he had no insurance, that was why he did not want to stop). The Sunburst was also fixed, though its driver was found partly at fault for the crash because the driver of the Grand Marshal claimed she had been tailgating him. The trucker was eventually able to complete his delivery, taking a scrap school bus out of the city to a junkyard in the woods.

Case: lack of observation plus mechanical issue causes minor crash, March 1st 1989.

Description: a car was about to leave a fuel station when a truck pulled across the forecourt in front of it- the driver suddenly stopped, but the car had a transmission fault that meant when stopped it shot backwards, into a car just arriving at the pump.

    Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 1988 Ibishu Kashira 2.4 DX, 1986 Bruckell by Soliad LeGran Coupe.

    Location: East Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the Kashira driver's insurance paid for everything, though the repairs did not add up to much as the impact was only at about 10mph. Ibishu refused to recall the cars affected by the fault because they argued it had only been reported in American-spec 2.4 DX automatics, which were very rare indeed- in fact, there was only one in Firwood County, and supposedly another 100 or so across the entire north-eastern US.

Case: reckless driver loses control, June 3rd 2001.

Description: an impatient van driver overtook a slower-moving car on a narrow bend, ended up driving up the insidde banking, sliding back across the road and plunging down the canyon on the other side.

Injuries: the van driver was killed instantly.

    Vehicles involved: 1997 Gavril H15.

    Location: Utah.

Aftermath: the road was closed for two hours while police figured out exactly what happened. Their only witnesses, the elderly couple in the car the van had been trying to get past, were very eager to help, though more for attention than for the investigation's benefit. They stuck around and got lots of photos of the investigation despite police repeatedly telling them to put the camera away. Eventually a lower speed limit was put into place on that stretch of road.

Case: T bone due to many reasons, 28 June 1993.

Description: A driver for company ANZ Import Cars (an import company for American, European and Asian cars) was delivering a brand new car. He stopped to take some coffee; he hasn't been drinking for the last 2 hours. Around 1:20 PM he leaves, and hitted a speeding driver.

    Injuries:
The speeding driver was severely injured. No other injuries were reported.

    Car(s):
    1985 ETK W, 1988 Gavril T flatbed, 1993 Gavril Roamer.

Location: Tankstation, Automation Test track, New Zealand.

Aftermath: People from the tankstation and a ETK I driver rushed to help the injured driver. Both drivers were at fault. The flatbed driver was at 10% fault due to not giving way to the ETK. On the other hand, the ETK driver was 90% at fault due to speeding, driving under the influence of drugs, driving without insurance and don't paying parking tickets.
The ETK and the fladbed were written-off. ANZ Import Cars was bankrupt on the 31st of December, 1999. The fladbed driver never drove a tuck anymore, studied rights and became a police officer. He wrote a book called: Drive a truck in a nutshell. Sadly, he passed away when a man shooted at him and two other colleagues in 2007. The ETK driver never fully recovered and lives still in a nursing home. The Roamers horn sounded for 3 full hours and Gavril recalled all Roamers and D-series. This specific Roamer had issues with his engine, and was considdered a loss, and the car was scrapped in 2011.

It's not on the website, but it's in the in-game repository- that's where I found it. I think the description says it was ported from an Initial D game if that helps.

    Case: scrape, December 29th 1994.

Description: a truck delivering a car to a used-car dealership had to squeeze through a tight gap to get to the back of the lot where new arrivals were prepared for sale- and where older, less glamourous stock was sold. While he was picking up the car in question, a 1986 Bruckell Satyr SE, someone moving stock around parked a 1976 Bruckell Moonhawk right in the path he needed to take. Having to keep quite far to the right to avoid that car, the truck driver scraped across the front of another car on the lot on his way in.

    Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 1983 Gavril T65, 1990 Ibishu Kashira ZX.

    Location: West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: luckily the damage to the Kashira was only minor, but it still spent a week away from the sales floor being fixed. It was eventually sold to a family in Belasco in March 1995, and having passed through three more owners it was taken off the road for good in 2012. The truck driver had the repair costs docked from his next paycheck, but was allowed to keep his job- instead, markings were painted on the floor to show employees where stock should not be parked. The truck remained with the dealership for the rest of its life, until a newer model succeeded it in 2009. The Satyr being delivered that day was sold in mid-August 1995, but from then on its condition declined. It was stolen from its seventh owner on the Horizon estate outside Belasco City in 2004, and never seen again. The Moonhawk was eventually shifted in 1997, though by then it was starting to rust, the tyres had vulcanised and the battery was dead so it went for just $350- its current whereabouts are unknown.

Case: Reckless driving leads to small pileup, 27 July 2006.

Description: In July and August, many tourists come to ETK Driving experience. Samuel, a handyman from France, was driving to the dump to dump some planks. Jacob aka Jack, a employee at a Lidl in Britain, was driving with his wife, Amy, also a employee at the same store, his mother-in-law, Lynn and his daughter, Lynn Jr, 5 years old. A 23 y/o student from Belgium brought his mother car and drove off. He slammed into the trailer of Samuels' van and Samuels' van crashed into Jacks' car.

Injuries: The student was seriousely injured, and was taken to the hospital. No other major injuries were reported.

Car(s): 2003 Bitron B2, 2004 Gavril H-series, 1995 Roth Alpha, (unknown manufacture date) Small Flatbed Trailer.

Location: Autobahn, ETK Driving Experience, Germany.

Aftermath: The student was sent to the hospital and sat there for the following half year. His mother was angry. They bought another Bitron after the accident.
The Bitron was written-off. The Roth and the trailer were sticking together, so the Feuerwehr must slice a bit of the trailer, freeing the Roth. Samuel still is a handyman until 2011 when he retired at the age of 62. Jack and Amy are still living a happy life. Lynn Senior died in 2017. Lynn Junior is currently 19 years old and is studying law, her dream is to become a police officer. The Roth Alpha didn't pass the MOT in 2009 and was crushed later that year. The Gavril was set on fire in 2016 and was burned to the ground.

In case you're interested, the plate on the Roth would indicate it was made in 1999 and registered in Kent

Also, I din't found any Belgian number plate with 2-TKK-43 (included in mod) but in the Netherlands i found one.
It's an imported car from 2004 that in 2014 was imported to the Netherlands.

Case: targeted attack followed by police pursuit, March 7th 2021.

Description: four members of a gang were driving into Fastello when they saw a leader of a rival group coming the other way. The driver swerved across the road to hit the other car head-on, then as that driver tried to reverse away- hitting the car behind him- all four piled out of their car and shot him dead. They escaped in another vehicle which was tracked down by police.

Injuries: the victim was pronounced dead at the scene, having taken five gunshots to the head. There were no other injuries.

Vehicles involved: 1991 Ibishu Covet, 2016 ETK Kc6tx, 2020 Cherrier Vivace 110, 2012 Hirochi Sunburst (stolen), 2020 Cherrier Vivace 410Q Arsenic police car (x2), 2020 Cherrier Tograc police car.

    Location: Italy.

Aftermath: after a quite violent and high-risk pursuit, the gang members were arrested. All were charged with murder, and one with dangerous driving, and they received 30 years in prison each. The Sunburst had taken damage during the chase, but it was returned to its owners after being searched and forensically examined.

    "Brakeless Blight"

Case: Runaway Truck leads to deadly collision, July 7th, 2015

Description: A 42 year old salvage yard worker named Robert Davenport was heading home after a long day of work when the brakes on his pickup truck failed, causing him to crash into the side of a Black Sunburst carrying a 36 year old business man and single father Patrick Browne and his 8 year old son Matthew, who were both on their way home from seeing a film at the local theater.

Injuries: Mr. Davenport only received a few cuts from when his driver's side window broke, along with a shattered femur that never healed properly, causing Mr. Davenport to use a cane most of his life. Mr. Browne suffered from whiplash, a broken arm, a fractured skull, and minor internal hemorrhaging. Matthew was killed instantly when his head slammed into the door panel, nearly cracking his skull in two.

Vehicles involved: Modified 1988 Gavril D15 Farm Truck, 2014 Hirochi Sunburst 2.0 Sport S AWD.

    Location: Garfield Heights, Ohio

Aftermath: The Gavril D15 was investigated by police to see if in fact the brakes failed, and it was revealed that the brake line had a small hole in it, which caused brake fluid to drain out of the truck's reservoir until it was empty. Afterwards, Mr. Davenport wasn't charged with anything, since it was an accident. Mr. Browne was in the hospital when he heard the news about his son, and instantly broke down. Matthew Browne was given a funeral and buried the day after the accident. Mr Browne was discharged after a few weeks and sent to a grief councilor. However, it was discovered that a week after Mr. Browne was discharged, he had hung himself in his son's bedroom. Mr. Browne was buried along side his son. To this day, Mr. Davenport still feels responsible for the accident that took Matthew Browne's life, and now spends his days in his home, working at his computer during the day, and drinking heavily at night, vowing to never get behind the wheel of any car ever again.

Case: Ignoring police siren leads to small pile-up, 20 July 1989.

Description: Geräld is a 47 year old police officer and was going to a medical emergency. It was very busy on the road; almost all European countries have vacation. So did Johan (or simply Jan) and his wife Brenda (44 and 41) from The Netherlands. Also, Luigi (72) was on the road from Italy. Geräld overtook both cars, then a bus slammed into the police vehicle. Jan could stop in time, Luigi didn't; he slammed into Jans' car.

Injuries: Geräld had severely injuries. 3 people on the bus and Brenda had a minor whiplash.

    Car(s): 1986 ETK W, 1987 Wentward DT40L, 1989 Ibishu Pessima Wagon, 1967 Autobello Piccolina.

Location: Landesstraße, ETK driving experience, West Germany.

Aftermath: The accident ruined 1 job, 4 vacations and 1 car. Geräld was not fired, he had the siren and lights on. Jan and Brenda immediately stopped the vacation, and in 1999 they finaly came back to Germany. Luigi also stopped the vacation, he didn't came back. The bus driver was fired and must pay (converted into mordern USD) $4000. The passengers were transported with two other buses.
The Police car was written-off and the damage was $6000. In 2006, the Pessima burned to the ground while driving on the A2. The Piccolina still drives on the road; after Luigi's death in 2011 it belongs to a classic car entusiast. The bus was exported to Poland in 1998, and again exported to Costa Rica where it now stands in a coffee museum as decoration and cafe.

Case: poor merge causes pileup, January 3rd 2000.

Description: a driver sending a text message ran a red light and only saw a parked van in his lane at the last second, swerving into the side of a bus to avoid hitting it at nearly 40mph. Both vehicles stopped, though the bus was at a junction so the SUV behind it did not realise why it had stopped, and after a whole light cycle had passed they decided to go around the bus- getting hit from behind by a car which had already eyed up the empty lane. Another speeding car swerved into a streetlamp trying to avoid rear-ending the bus.

Injuries: the only parties mildly injured were the young couple who hit the streetlamp- the driver had a broken arm, and his fiancee suffered glass cuts and severe whiplash.

    Vehicles involved: 1997 Ibishu Pessima coupe, 1999 Wentward DT40L, 1998 Gavril Roamer, 1992 ETK I-Series 3000i, 1998 Ibishu Pessima V6 Sport hatchback.

    Location: West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the parked van was a Bulldog security vehicle, and upon hearing the crashes the crew assumed they were under attack. Upon realising what actually happened, though, they put their guns away, and one called for emergency services and helped the injured while the other continued his job. The Pessima hatchback was the only one that could not drive away, however it was repaired along with the rest.

The bus continued in service until 2014 when it was scrapped. The Pessima coupe was sold in 2003, and passed through several more owners before being retired in 2017. The Roamer continues in use to this day with the same owner, though its condition has deteriorated significantly in that time. The I-Series was sold at a salvage auction following the accident, and disappeared in 2008 suspected stolen- the Pessima hatch met a similar fate around the same time.

Case: loss of control (x2- same place), March 9th 1974 and March 11th 1974.

Description: on March 9th, a reckless young driver in a very powerful muscle car lost grip over a crest travelling at nearly 100mph, and flew off the road, bouncing over a large rock. Two days later, someone else lost grip at 70mph over the same crest, but missed the rock and spun back onto the road- a highway patrol unit had been stationed at the crash site by then so it was able to chase down the car and arrest the driver once he crashed again.

Injuries: the first reckless driver broke his spine, both legs and suffered severe head injuries, but somehow survived. The second had a broken leg and minor head trauma.

Vehicles involved: 1971 Gavril Barstow 526 Roadsport (March 9th), 1972 Gavril Vendetta (March 11th), 1973 Gavril Barstow (police).

    Location: Utah.

Aftermath: in an effort to reduce the risk of such incidents, police patrols were placed along the road, and a 45mph speed limit was enforced. The police patrols were reduced once a campsite opened up there in 1981, as the presence of RVs and caravans was enough of a deterrent to fast drivers.

The pilots all exited the plane

    Map Used: Italy

Car(s) Used (you don't have to include authors): Genesis F2, F320, FR17, Firetruck mod and AN-12 (plane)

Aftermath (lawsuit etc): The team couldnt participate in the US Grand Prix and they got the spare cars ready to race in Mexico 3 weeks later

Case: flash flood causes damage to vehicles, March 11th 2021.

Description: a group of scientists on an island off the American west coast were warned of a severe rainstorm heading their way. Some chose to leave the island- three remained. Two of them had personal vehicles on the island, and the floodwaters pushed the cars into each other and into one of the buildings.

    Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 2002 Gavril D15 Extended Cab, 2020 Cherrier Tograc 160Q.

    Location: Flooded Small Island.

Aftermath: the Tograc was dead, its engine and electrics having been overwhelmed by the water. The D-Series survived, though the Cherrier bumping into it had burst a door lock and left the interior open to water intake. The truck was moved to higher ground and with a hole shot in the floor to drain the water out, a generator was placed next to the truck and a space heater inside it to fully dry out the interior. However, water intake was worse for the chassis, which began to rust much more quickly and led to the truck being scrapped just four months later.
