and you could save some time by rurning on the headlights but removing the headlights if that makes sense

Here's my contribution to the thread. It's supposed to be a car during a heavy rainstorm, but all I did was added some text to the radio, and then brightened the temp adjuster. Also I did an artistic color thing to make a blur in the windows to represent water flowing down the windows. Hope you all enjoy! I did this in photoshop 2015.
