Red background on Mod Repository button not appearing after updates

Description:
The red background on the Mod Repository button (the update warning indicator) does not appear for me after updates. This indicator is supposed to warn users that mods may break after a game update and to give mod authors some time to update their mods.

This is not a new issue. I first noticed it around version 0.36 (approximately), and it remains present to this day. According to the patch notes, this issue was supposed to be fixed, but the red background still does not appear for me, and a few other people.

Additional info:

• I did not clear any cache before launching after the update
• The game was launched normally
• Logs from the update have been provided below

Expected behavior:
After an update, the Mod Repository button should display a red background to warn about potential mod incompatibilities.

Actual behavior:
The Mod Repository button appears normal, with no red background or warning indicator.

Impact:
This can be confusing, especially for new players. Without the warning, they may load outdated mods that break, which can make the game seem buggy or unstable. I know of several new players (at least three) who refunded the game because they believed BeamNG itself was very buggy, when the actual issue was broken mods and the missing warning.
