Unsolved requesting help with a mod i picked up

hello this is a post about the trx 450 mod but im not sure how to do anything with it so i was wondering if someone could guide me through making it a reality. this is the link to the mod page

this mod was cancelled and i wanted to see if the mod could be picked up or someone could guide me through finishing/fixing it.
