So question, how hard would it be to make it so that instead just losing both shocks on either the front or back of the truck and having the wheels mostly dragging, to have them completely break off? If you understand what i mean.

Basically this. Can see the whole back end is detached, on the lower portion.

That looks like broken 4-link bars and the shocks are fully extended. Should be possible

Broken drive shaft as well, it looks like the shocks are indeed broken tho because of the metal plate's location that Jim used on that chassis to hold the shocks together.

It's technically possible already - all parts are detachable and links have micro-connectors to the chassis allowing for clean separation - it's simply nigh on impossible to pull off.

I pulled the 4 links out with the node grabber and left the driveshaft, survived 3 jumps which surprised me I thought the driveshaft would snap on the first jump, this is the only way I know off to get the rear suspension to "break" like that, also I found what you were looking for

That's why I said it's very difficult to pull off. Driveshaft in particular has both transmissive and structural properties, so it had to be relatively strong not to snap while moving, but also weak enough to be able to snap under certain conditions.

Breaking all links + driveshaft is not that difficult per se, problem is they rarely break all at the same time and the truck becomes almost undrivable in the meanwhile.

Quick way to do it is to hit a guard rail head on at speed, it would break the whole axle off.

So I've noticed that when your truck catches fire its still fully drive-able and the fuel doesn't even seem to deplete faster. Wasn't sure if that was correct or not, considering I am pretty sure that updates ago the truck would just die as soon as you caught on fire.

I changed it under request. Fuel leaks at an alarming rate if you rupture the fuel tank.

By popular request, a mask + chrome parts for the GD body.

Using proper layered templates is advised, but this is better than the ones circulating around the web.

EDIT - Uploaded separate parts too.

I thought they were already chrome

EDIT: I'm not a painter because I lack the artistic skills needed to be one and therefore didn't know this was for the painters

    They are.

These are resources for painters and modders, textures in game are based on them.

    New beta available.

Just a heads up: driver/dash cam now uses a global setting for FOV. Pic below is the new cam in conjunction with the default global setting (FOV: 45.0 deg).

I know it looks a bit weird right now. It was set like that in order to match official vehicles as closely as possible, so that global FOV affects both in a similar manner.

Well, aside from the BKT tires being as pop-able as ever... The suspension definitely seems a lot more durable now. Tried doing a few moves that before would have broken the suspension off, it now seems to last a lot better. At least that's what I have noticed so far.

Haven't been able to play much lately, so unless someone else gives more feedback before me... Ill let you know more asap.
