Question about Grave Digger, The Main one. Is the top body panel supposed to be so tough to break off compared to the rest of the body?
New beta: fixed all the reported issues + working RII lights. ONLY WORKS WITH PREVIEW 1.12 VER. OF THE MAIN MOD!!!
flashbacks to Digger's run in Seattle 1999 (yes this was included in Crash Madness 2...my top 3 favorite Grave Digger trucks would be 7, 8, and 14, this one gives me number 8 vibes and this is why)
Welp, now I know. --- Post updated --- Talking about Beta's, I'm on the latest Windows 10 Beta (Build 16299.19 if you're interested) and almost every application or game I have seems to get this stupid error. people told me to reinstall vcredist 2013 but I also get an error on an application that's supposed to fix the error (irony). (You may want to save the image on your computer as it turn out to be tiny in this post) -Edit- Fixed it nvm. just had to run the .exe in the Bin64 file instead of the launcher in the beamNG.drive root directory --- Post updated --- View attachment 341577 Talking about Beta's, I'm on the latest Windows 10 Beta (Build 16299.19 if you're interested) and almost every application of I really like this one!
New beta, with new "34" body texture (by @ROCKGODBOSS and @acapaldi), new sponsor plates and various bugfixes. Deformation was improved a bit. The hood should be fixed for good this time. Also reuploaded 1.12 to address an issue with classic sponsor plates.
new beta is nice. may i suggest a slight decrease in power or adjustment in the default planetary gearing? because the truck seems really eager to get the front end in the air and keep it there. especially if a front wheel breaks off. obligatory testing video:
Thanks. Wheelspin is a byproduct of improved tire grip and retuned powertrain friction. Too much power gets to the wheels now. I'll see what I can do to balance it out better. Watching your video also gave me some ideas to improve breakage.
What map is that? --- Post updated --- The current version of the Grave Digger doesn't seem to have any problems as of now.
The current v And on what page of the original thread can I find it? (I mean the original with the reworked version by someone I can't remember the name of back in 2015)
new beta is ye. because its easier to break the panels off, they sometimes get caught in the tires more often and kill parts of the truck. no an issue with the mod. an issue with beam. i try playing around with the planetary and diffs to try to fix the lockup issue. it helps a little bit. obligatory testing video up whenever.
the grave digger is turning out very good. And im just thinking how the ford f-150 and max-d would behave if the bodies were fully breakable
I clearly need to enable post notifications for this thread. I apparently missed out on a lot of stuff! EDIT: Apparently I'm already "Watching" this thread, so maybe there's something wrong with the notifications.
if youre inactive on a thread for awhile it seems that you dont get all the notifications that you should.
It's caused by edits to the main post. Sometimes the forum disables notifications for watched threads for no apparent reason when first post is edited by the author.
Reuploaded 1.12RC, featuring larger speedo + planetary hotfix. Thanks @Blijo for the invaluable help with instrument recalibration. Also uploaded the updated Addon Pack including the brand new Firestone Bigfoot 2017 just introduced at SEMA 2017, by @acapaldi. Enjoy and Happy Halloween!
love the new bigfoot! i didnt notice any oddity, and the revised planetaries were very noticeable and the front end was much more controllable. obligatory testing video:
