Cause its unsupported. Thats why its no longer released.

just delete it, that pack is in no way useful to have now. I would personally quit trying to find ways to get MaxD and Grave Digger. I understand it's all you care about Monster Trucks, but for real, either make it yourself or wait till someone decides to try and make it.

I'm taking this from too much experience, the more anyone makes sly comments about someone or something, it's gonna spiral downhill no matter what, and the more people talk, the further the argument goes. If I were anyone, I'd just stop typing, relax, and let this air out...
