The Rear Fender to Door connection is super weak, I don't think it should be that weak. Breaks on the first hit.
That's actually on purpose: there's a "weak" beam on each side specifically designed to do that, connecting the "door" sills with the fender. It's also used for cascaded breakage (if the cab side panel breaks off, the fender comes loose, but not the other way around) Impact force needed for this beam to break is roughly equivalent to that of foreign object hitting the side of the vehicle. Rough landings can well exceed that.

Try alternative tires included in the addon packs, maybe you can find something that better suits your tastes. Standard tires are a bit slippery.
If you ever seen a monster truck with bkts in person, they handle like that. It's why racing has gotten a lot faster.
