I think it might be that they did those mod approvals later into the day (around 11:00 AM EST), which meant they were unable to update the ingame repository. Don't worry, as it should be available for subscription by Monday.
Just realized that there is a mod thread on the BeamNG discord. Would it be a good idea to create a discord thread? And I assume you are asking for a thread for the Multipla, right?
I absolutely love what you did with the Pessima . Many people attempted to do something with it to upgrade it but I think that your version is the best so far . I do have a few suggestions , if you're open to them ! I always felt like the Pessima 2nd gen was based on a Mazda 626 , the updated model of this was the Mazda 6 , introduced in 2004 here in Canada ... maybe you could take inspiration of the 6's interior for your refresh version of the Pessima ? The Mazda 6 was introduced in 2004 but had a face-lift in 06 . Part of the face-lift was new seats ( more supportive than the 04-05 ) , new radio / air conditioning controls , new door cards . There was also a factory nav system that was installed on top of the dashboard , replacing the need of creating a whole new dash for that . Interior was avaible either in cloth or leather . Black beige and grey were the colors options for both the cloths and leather seats . For all production years , it was offered as a station wagon or a hatchback . The hatchback was exactly the same as the sedan but the backglass lifted with the trunk , giving more space and was more practical . It came with a 2.3 inline 4 cylinder and a V6 3.0L . Both engines could be paired with a 5 speed manual transmission . A 5 speed auto was offered for the 4 cyl and a 6 speed auto trans was offered with the V6 . A high performance of it called the Mazdaspeed 6 was also avaible for the 2006 and 2007 model years . It's was essentially a 6 sedan but with a turbo 2.3 4 cyl engine developing around 270hp , 6 speed man trans and a awd system . The chassis was also stiffer and the interior was avaible with a 2 tone black and white leather interior called the " panda interior " . Had a few of those cars myself !
I will probably hold off for a bit before making a thread for the Multipla, but I am currently trying to get access in the discord so that I can make a thread for the Pessima --- Post updated --- Thank you! I'm definitely considering basing the screen design on that
Decided to make a thread for the Multipla, I am not going to spam this thread with photos of it anymore, so go follow along if you want to see progress updates of it https://www.beamng.com/threads/autobello-plurima-fiat-multipla.98279/
thanks! really looking forward to your progress but take your time, it would be awesome to have the unibody sync up its engine options with the vanilla Mk2's so i can use HellRaiser's engines lol, but so far it's really great edit: you should put up a thread in the beam discord server under the showcase your mods channel
Would it be possible to add a new mirror style? equipped with the manual folding mirror function? i think it would be a awesome touch! and gamechanger for the mirrors!! (maybe a idea style for the mirrors could be the 2009 accord mirrors, or like kia forte 2014 mirrors!)
Unfortunately not sure if I can get the engines to sync up, had to give it a unique engine JBeam so that I could fix the exhausts (The vanilla exhausts did not line up with the rear bumpers of the refresh). And I am currently waiting to get access to the mod showcase channel in the BeamNG discord, but I have not gotten a response yet from the moderator who I tagged --- Post updated --- Not quite sure how the folding mirrors work, but I will try to figure that out
I love this mod. This is only an idea, (for me personally) I would make the headlights and the grille slimmer and a bit sharp to follow the taillights and make the grille flush with the bumper and hood (like the EUDM Pessima). Also, what cars that you took inspiration from?
Great mod! Gives me some vanilla feeling, and would it be possible to add some simple traffic configs?
