EDIT:The will to succeed. Had a little problem with these Aussie roads. Nice job on the curbs and barriers. This will be a great level for staging city style car wrecks.....as soon as that bridge opens up.
Re: Riverside Expressway (imported from here) If you can see this folder in the levels directory, you should also be able to see the level in the game menu. It sounds like your first course of action was correct - make sure the zip file downloaded correctly and wasn't corrupted. I have tried this on a clean BeamNG Drive install on a separate computer and it works fine - try running the updater if all else fails.
Re: Riverside Expressway The art folder should be automatically merged with the existing art folder in the main directory, when you extract the zip file there. It's not totally essential, but it does contain 2 cubemaps which give nice reflections to building windows. I believe doing this will break the cubemaps.

Re: Riverside Expressway In the zip folder there is a art and levels folder. The stuff in the art folder goes in the art folder in the BeamNG Directory. The actual level is in the levels folder.
