At this point, I've learned that the best thing you can do is watch your mirrors during a pursuit, try and stay out of the way, and after a pit maneuver, if you have another officer pursuing with you, get the hell out of the way because there is a 50% chance you are going to get annihilated.
I had the same issue, make sure you dont have any mods which will overwrite the original game files. I had both RLS and BeamLR career mod installed, and that caused this issue. Once I removed BeamLR, this career mod (RLS) started working properly
The mod incorporates numerous additions and modifications to the map, which may be causing CPU overload on your system.
For the love of god, PLEASE decrease the taxi to garage fees! It should not cost five thousand dollars to get my (police) car towed to a garage which is two minutes away, which is more than the money you get from actually making the arrest...
Had to rename my mod folder. Guess RLS does not work at the moment. https://documentation.beamng.com/support/troubleshooting/common_exit_codes/uiloading/
Theyve posted in their discord that RLS is 100% not working at the moment, there is a patch on the way that theyre working on
For people still wanting to play RLS, you can downgrade via Steam. Go to "Properties" for BeamNG on Steam, "Betas" and select "0.34.2". This will also be the last version that will be compatible with Windows 7.
The 0.35 update also fixed the beamstate loading breaking hinges bug, so now we can go crazy with that
If you mean you're stuck loading the UI (this goes for anyone who's game won't launch post 0.35) all you need to do is take RLS out of your mods folder and paste it into the directory before that, it'll load no issue, or if you want to keep playing RLS you can downgrade in BeamNG's Steam properties, under betas.
