The precision parking implementation is not a good addition at all. At some point, this is a game. Sure, the vehicle physics are real, but don't make it so picky as to where I HAVE to perfectly park in a spot to get full reputation. Atleast make it selectable. Give players options. That is not fun or adding anything to the game at all except tediousness.

 

Upon trying, I’m afraid it doesn’t work.. it’s saying that it did do it, but I still have negative infinity money…

 

That's an addition the devs made to vanilla Beam, not an RLS thing. Though I do agree with you that it could use some refining. I like the idea of it, though.

Gotcha, thank goodness it wasn't an RLS thing, but even so, for the love of all that is Beam, let us select that. I'm hauling a big trailer with a pickup truck and you want me to perfectly park on a San Francisco angled street??

 

For anyone interested, here is the full fix for the problem I had earlier: go to C:\Users\{your username}\AppData\Local\BeamNG\BeamNG.drive\current\settings\cloud\saves\{name of your career profile} then go through all the auto saves and search for “-999e9”, and replace them with zero. After, use the LUA on console that @Benf1 said earlier. IMPORTANT!!! The game cannot be running while you do this, otherwise it does not work.

Hey, I am having a problem where when i open garage after buying a car it shows a lua error message then I can't see any of the vehicles, drivers abstract and parts and also cant access any cars. Is there a known fix for this at all? been struggling to fix it for a couple days now.

Edit: I have now solved the problem i think it was a mod playing up

 

The RLS devs are aware and it was discussed in early 0.38/2.6 Beta testing. I don't know what they are going to change if they do change anything at all, but it's possible that they might nerf the penalties a bit. No promises though.

 

Definitely a good mod and I do enjoy it when it works. Recently haven't been able to load into my save or any of my saves even with the mod deactivated. When the mod is uninstalled I can play any of my saves but when its installed I get stuck in a infinite loading. When I press Alt+U it removes the loading screen, i can see and move but no UI and cannot use anything but the map. When I press Esc nothing happens either. Any help would be great, I am on 0.38.3. I tried clearing cashe and verifying game integrity files, nothings changed.

What happens with a new save? So you've only got the Chinatown Garage.

 

Why can't anyone open garages?! I had this issue in 0.30 or 0.29 in default career, after the next update that never happened to me again.

 

This mod is by far the best mod I’ve ever seen for any game, I’m having no issues with it, but I’d like to know if it’s possible to sell the tuning shop or not. It’s only costing me money and I haven’t been able to make much profit from it.

 

You can't sell it at the moment, but the devs are aware and plan to add the option to either suspend or sell the business in a future update.

If you want to make the most of the business for now, save up as much as you can doing other things like deliveries, then do some tuning jobs to gain some XP. Then invest the money and XP into the skill tree, where you can automate the business. Getting extra techs/ramps then investing into perks that make them faster/more efficient makes a huge difference.

 

when i try to load in my save it stays on the loading screen can someone help but i do hear the cars and traffic

 

That happens to me if I leave it loading, usually career mode ( I use the rls mod), and I just have to restart it.
