Hmmm, I just have very good experiences with the company, my Z97 a is still going very strong. My phone is perfectly fine (rooted) and the red laptop tablet is too (although a broken digitizer)
They replaced the mainboard and all is well, shame there is no Lineage OS yet, but it's got Nougat so it's not all that bad
