I'm now at the city, with the Sunburst. I'd laugh that I'm driving an cheap Sunburst in an nice city.
Can't, it's far from my destination. Going out dining for now. I also earlier made changes to my car by turbocharging the radiator and switching the transmission into an DCT.
Today was my last day of vacation in American Roads. So I woke up bright and early, and began to pack up my stuff to leave. I ate breakfast at the same restaurant I went to yesterday, and had some excellent bacon and eggs. Then, I hit the road. On the drive back, I got a phone call saying that my Sunburst was fixed, so I may or may not have broken the speed limit a bit to get back on time. A few hours later, I had arrived back home at Belasco. I dropped off all my luggage at home, and went to go grab my Sunburst. As you can see, my Sunburst is once again in perfect shape. I drove it home, and proceeded to spend the next several hours relaxing in front of my TV. Who knew vacationing could be so stressful.
The storm is back again.... augh! I'm considering going out to America while the storm goes on. *takes LS 500 and goes to the nearest airport*
So in other news, I decided to have some work done on my ex-police Grand Marshal. Before, it had still had two spotlights and the bumper bar installed. However, people kept thinking I was an undercover cop (which I'm not), so I decided to have those parts removed. So I took it to the shop, and got to work. And there you have it, my new stealthy Grand Marshal.
I got home, and then I realized something... I had forgotten to remove the last thing which made my Grand Marshal a police vehicle: the wheels. So I jumped back in the car, and drove over to the tire shop. I got rid of the boring steel wheels, and purchased a set of Alder Basketweave Wheels, used on most factory Grand Marshals. It's finally a perfectly normal daily driver, but with a 5.5 liter V8 engine.
It looks more like what an basic model would look like. I'm done traveling and arrived at an hotel, I'm getting to my room right now.
Except the base model only has a 4.5 liter engine and an open rear differential. I've got 5.5 liters and a limit slip differential, so I can do mad skids.
Whew, this thread is still alive. I guess i'll become more active again. On my trip to Fujigoku Mountains, I was driving along a mountain road, and stopped to take a picture. The view was amazing. When I looked at the picture, I saw a car on it's roof, so I went to check it out. Turns out to be a customized Okudai S88, I have no idea if this car is rare or not. It seems to be totalled, anyways. Oh well. If anybody knows the owner of this car, PLEASE text me, otherwise I will part the car and sell it!
UPDATE. I got the car home. Well, I got good news. It is not totalled. My friend has parts for a 200BX, which I can use. So let's see what will come out.
I'm gonna make another character who isn't so rich he can do whatever he wants lol. I'll still go with my Bill Gates-like dude a bit tho. Should I be a ricer, a drifter, a tuner, or just a random dude? --- Post updated --- heck it's easier to be a ricer lol gotta get my damn sunburst
