It actually seems there will be a private auction for the Elatodromos Raceway. As is predicted, the track will be sold for around $300000. The Elatodromos is very known in the USA and in the world, Hirochi even produced 500 "Elatodromos Edition" SBR4 TT S2s in 2015. And you can actually make your entry into the auction until Jul 21.

The owners family are the ones that I'm communicating with to buy out the race track. I've already signed a contract to buy all of the assets of Elatodromos Raceway. Wish me luck!
