Today was the first day that the Barstow had to face Belasco traffic and it didn't like it... one bit! I was creeping along, listening to the honking of horns, and the infamous geyser of antifreeze shot out from the grille. I had to pull over and let it cool. Thankfully there was no damage done. I can still take it to the dragstrip this afternoon like I hoped, too.

And as it rolls into the night, yes I did go drag racing today and it was awesome!.. until tragedy struck. Everything was great, I even got there on illegal drag slicks without getting pulled over. At the dragstrip, I made 7 passes, all in the 12.7s. On the 7th pass, it torque steered when I shifted, which put it into the wall. Although I was fine, I was sent to the hospital and my car was towed and dropped off at my house.
