this is not a serious mod (and I couldn't figure out where to put it on the forums). Just some fun, some trolling in there by me, and some mistakes.... but my god man, it took me the better parts of 3 days, and nearly 1000 files to modify, so give me a break lol to use the mod, it won't work in the mods folder, they have to be put into the actual game files, but it's only just the one folder, so don't worry. find where your game is installed /BeamNG.drive/lua/ge/extensions/gameplay/rally/compositors/english and drop the folder in here. you can download it here; https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cOydc0W0nB2olsZokZ1nOTo-zq4GNNsX/view?usp=sharing
