As you say, the model may still be too square (I think Berga can be square.), and I still want to take my time with this, so I have to inform you that the release will be a while away. --- Post updated --- Also, the Merry has a lot of Jbeam issues and the model probably needs a full cabin remodel, so if it is released, the Berga might come first (there are already many other Kei trucks available).
Since I can't edit Jbeam with Jbeam editor while running BeamNG, it slows down the development speed a little. It may be a bug.
Maybe it is quite square-ish, yeah, maybe some smoothening edges might help it, but it's author's first mod if I remember right. I think rework gonna come out someday after release of the mod, where this going to be fixed.
