It's realistic at least in Zmodeler and Blender. The Datsun is quite tall compared to it's width so it may look big. The dimensions are: length 388 cm, width 146,6 cm, height 150 cm, wheelbase 222 cm, front tread 117 cm and rear tread 118 cm. The curb weight is 895-930 kg depending on the source. I think 895 kg is some kind of dry weight with empty fuel tank and no oil and coolant. Ei taida muuten olla montaa suomalaista tällä foorumilla. Taza taitaa olla ainoa suomalainen modien tekijä minun lisäksi. --- Post updated --- I think some V6 or V8 engine would be better fitting than I6. The intercooler and oil cooler could be fitted between the fascia and radiator support. The Gavril 4.5 liter V8 could be a quick fix for the poor performance. It should fit in the engine bay easily at least lengthwise. The exhaust headers probably need some modifying as they most likely clip into front shock brackets and of course it needs completely new bigger gauge exhaust pipe.
This mod is awesome. The quality is just perfect. I got a suggestion for this: what about a hot rod version of it. I mean, this car is perfect for it. Just put some huge wheels on the rear, slam a v8 in it and remove fenders. It would look perfect
Thanks for mentioning zModeler, I was wondering if this was possible and you gave a great description of the process. I wasn't able to find anything mentioned about zModeler using the search of beamng.com and found this post in google. Thanks again, appreciate it
The Bolide engines would work much better. They are lighter and would be much more fun in a car of this size.
hmm... got bored and threw on some 4 lug hubs (literally a 1 minute job). IMO, this looks more "natural" with the slightly smaller miramar wheels.
Nice car, but could you try making a LHD version? It would be more realistic, and this might have been mentioned before but that is what I am requesting. It is a good car by the way.
Oh, whoops. Didn't know. Only does this explain this? Every country in blue drives on the left in the map. And that is an image I found of Japanese roads. I don't know. Maybe someone living in Japan could tell me. just to be sure.
Wikapeda Right and left hand traffic In Europe, only four countries still drive on the left: the United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta, and Cyprus, all of which are islands. Japan, Thailand, Nepal, Bhutan, Mozambique, Suriname, East Timor, and Indonesia are among the few LHT countries outside the former British Empire.
