The only thing I'd like to see added to this is the addition of a shaker intake for the superchargers.

 

needs a custom hood

 

whats this do?

 

It's an intake that is mounted on the engine, instead of the hood. This way, when the engine twists under torque, the intake twists aswell, separately from the hood.

Like a lot of 1970s american engineering, it's useless and it's just there to look cool (which it does quite well)

 

That's just what I need. Now the only things that're missing are hood pins

how do you use it?

 

gotta remember, cars with these had gaps, or a rubber bumper on them.

 

I hate having to bug y'all for help, but I can't get this working. It's available as a part option, but it just shows up as a cut hood. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache between each step, and nothing seems to get it to show up correctly. Am I missing anything?

 

Conflicting mod possibly probably maybe

 

Tried turning off all other mods, still shows up as a cut hood. :/

 

1) are you on the most recent update?
2) if so, do a reinstall of the game, there's a page on the wiki of how to do it
3) if not, actually buy the game and not download some old pirated version

3) Don't get salty or assume I'm pirating. I bought mine.

I figured out the issue; I thought this shaker affected all the V8s, not just the 423. I neglected to check that, as I've been mainly using the 291.

Ehhi47, it would be neat to have the shaker on all the V8s, even if it might not be technically period correct. Other than that, it looks good!

Not assuming, I just get a tad salty about pirating games that should be bought. Glad to know you got yours legit

 

I can't find it.

 

They're under the hood and intake slots, the Panther configuration also has it
