Have you tried enabling debug vehicles? I mean, it's either that or he doesn't know how to path vehicles correctly (which sounds likely)

Just because he released it doesn't mean he abandoned it, he LITERALLY stated he's still trying to work on the mod:

Bailey LITERALLY said he's open to people improving his mod. Complaining and b*tching about it does nothing.
