budget: as cheap as possible
I DO NOT WANT A 'GOOD CONDITION' CAR
Everything goes, only things I dont want are major crash damage, broken engine or trans
Doesnt need to be matching numbers car or anything like that
Aftermarket modifications allowed
Also, please get a rusty one, it is cheaper
