Skin is not appearing on car.

Created a skin for a vehicle, but It won't appear on the car for some reason, shows up in the menu though.

This should do it.
Couple things I changed:

1. .DDS file wasn't compressed (not really necessary but still)
2. You had the wrong slashes in your materials.cs. Causing the game to not know what to look for.
3. .DDS file was the wrong format? (That's what the game was throwing an error for)
4. Changed "skin.jbeam" to "anime.jbeam"
