    It is. If you watch a video of the first showing of it at E3 the presenter SAYS its set in the UK. The truth is its in the UK. If you don't like it, tough.

    seriously. It's the UK. Look at it. It just is. I live here an can confirm that the UK does in fact look like that (a bit less glamorous maybe). Plus they confirmed it anyway.
