This update is outdated now.

Working on an update. windows on 0.5.2 will appear orange when smashed. I will also add some new liveries, at least a new one. I also modified the car speedo, since it's supposed to be a euro-spec car, I deleted the MPH units and replaced them with KMH ones. They are not a exact representative of the car's real speed, but it's quite a good balance between that and making it look good on the speedo itself, since they don't align as it should in order to fit with the real speed.

BTW, if anyone wants to suggest a new livery...I know spanish police cars aren't the hottest trend on mods right now, but I guess somebody will have something to suggest hopefully.

 

Nice pack! Do you think you could port it to the new ETK 800? It's much more similar to the hatchback police cars I saw here.

 

Thanks! For the ETK I'm planning a german polizei version, since I dont't feel it can fit for a spanish police car. It will be a basic version, livery, lightbar and euro plates, nothing more...as for the mod itself, everything is now up to date, but I want to add a new livery first, hopefully this weekend.

Can you add an option to the Spanish Roamer Where you can turn the light bar on or off?
Just like the official police cars?

 

Turning them on and off would be cool. Maybe add a ram bar or grill lights.

I'll try to add that feature, I wasn't aware of it until now. As for pushbars, normally spanish police cars (even SUVs) don't have them, so maybe I'll add them to certain cars, like the Guardia Civil one, which happens to have them in real life.

Even though I'm quite happy with the mod as it is now, I would like to do further things, the most difficult thing I've ever done so far is stretching the rear bumper in order to fit the spanish plate, and the only thing I managed (well, I managed to resize it which was the objetive) was mess the UV mapping, and I don't really know how to do many 3D related stuff...I planned for a long time to make a Roamer Jurassic Park, with the glass roof and everything, and in fact by moving polygons I managed to do a close shape, but...that's it. Some people like me will never be able to do the amazing things some modders (or devs of course) can do

heres an idea for an update if yur dead or if this is not annoying but haw about a unmarked version

 

Marked as outdated, the 100% blue lightbar no longer works, sorry.
