My game needs SSAO off for it to not lag so hard. But, for some reason I uncheck "enabled" in SSAO in the settings menu it doesnt stay on disable. When I check back in the menu its re-enabled, exit and restart the game, its re-enabled, even when playing the game its re-enabled. This is really making me mad right now cause with SSAO on I get like a 10FPS drop. Is there a way I can disable SSAO within the game files or in game again or something?

    Edit: Fixed read last post.

you're not alone. Poking around the more obvious files (notably game-settings.cs in my documents) shows no sign of SSAO.

Am I genuinely the only person on the forums who cannot duplicate this?
    Delete cache maybe?

Maybe you are, I have had this ever since last version came out, cache doesn't help /=

Another weird thing is if you're in the PostFX Menu [Stock Menu not HTML]
You can turn off all PostFX but while it is still disabled if you click SSAO it will than have SSAO on while all PostFX is disabled.. Not that this actually matter just odd.

Same here. 0.3.7.6 killed my postfx settings and camera settings. I used to have a particular camera speed save with the level and stay when I re-loaded. Now it
seems everything Torque related is defaulting on startup.

So... is there any way to disable SSAO and keep it off?
EDIT: I found out to keep it disabled by checking it off of Enabed and clicking "Play Menu" not "Main Menu" then pressing Escape then clicking quit, going back to main menu whilst keeping SSAO disabled. Yes! :D

Every time I start the game SSAO is always enabled. I press CTR O and turn if off but I have to do this first thing every time I run the game.

Having issues with camera speeds and terrain brushes defaulting to 1 every time. They used to save with the level.
Additionally my SSAO defaults to everything on as well. Very annoying.
