Steam keys: available for alpha testers

Hello, so I bought this game about 1.5-2 years ago. Saw it was on Steam, so wanted to claim it on there, but no Order ID. I followed all the steps, looked for an old email, and then finally contacted the support. I contacted support about 2-3 weeks ago, and still nothing.

Should I contact them again? How long does it take for them to get back with you? Anyone have any experience here?

They replied to you on the 25th of January already. Must have ended in the Spam folder i guess?

its so you can download the game via steam and get the updates since the old updater is no longer working
