Steam keys: available for alpha testers

Thanks, having it download from Steams servers was soooo much faster than the traditional method. I now get to see how the new stuff is, and I love it.

 

I honestly didn't pay attention, more than likely a steam program update. My understanding was it was just a form of "force update"?? because after that my frame rate issues where gone. Assumptions on my part but I knew
something wasn't right with beamng itself and probably my fault. I need to check if "force update" is still available and in what form.

I am wondering if we can have a badge
(not the current one) for being a alpha tester?

You bought the game, you got the badge, you are an apha tester since you bought it.

 

Actually not working here...I logged into my Steam account but instead of just linking my Steam account with my existing beamNG accout I had to creat a new Accout here (which I'm using now) just for steam. But now that I have done that I still got no beamNg in my Steam library xD so absically nothing worked here

 

Because you did it all wrong, you don't have to create a new account... just link your steam account to the beamng account with which you purchased the game. It's all explained in the Download section. Then you will get a steam key that you redeem and your game will appear in your steam library then.

 

Ok so this is my actually account now. I linked my Steam Accout to it but still got no key

 

Click on the "download" button again. Now that your steam account is linked, it will display a new set of instructions.

Yay Beamng store page is public

 

While trying to link my Steam account with the BeamNG account as instructed, I keep getting:

"Empty or invalid Steam ID transfered!"



Edit: Tried it a few more times, now it works!

Im still getting the same error message when trying to link my steam account.
ive been trying for 30 minutes now nothings changed, Any idea's ?

steam is annoying the hell out of me, I keep having to log in with a stupid code from my email...I keep doing it over and over again, everytime I want to log in. Even though my client is logged in and running, the website just does not want to keep my laptop as a trusted computer, and I have to keep entering the security key from my email...no antivirus installed at all or anything like that. ??

 

You never need to use the website except for the actual BeamNG>Steam account linking and downloading of the steam client. Otherwise, yes I have that issue and due to the prior point it hasnt really been an issue.
