(Story) Green Ghost of Selva Rocosa

Oh, I don't mind if you take your time on that; if it's well-done (or absolutely hilarious, in @Car8john's case), then I'm willing to wait for it. I sort of like that my story's already beginning to generate fan art.

(Not exactly "art" as it's an image taken from BeamNG and revised in paint.net, but I think it didn't come out that bad)

I'll have a look at Car8John's fanart and see if I can reproduce my fanart into a more humorous tone.

Man...those are quite good! I especially like the drifting Pigeon pic and the Bolide vs. Pigeon pic - that last one looks almost like something out of an old-school car mag. However, I'll admit that Chapter 3 won't have a Bird v. Bird race - but that doesn't mean that there won't be one in the story. (Not saying that there will be, it's just a possibility.)

Probably, probably not. However...as hinted in the spoilers, there will be a race.

So, some of you might be wondering, "Why are you splitting up the release of the chapters all of a sudden?" Well, there are two reasons why I'm doing that.

1. To help make the reading of the chapters less tedious
2. To help get this thing noticed

If this doesn't work, then I'm not sure what else I can do.

Thanks! It is sort of like a cross of Herbie and Initial D, but it's also got a few elements of Cars and (at least in Selva) Lord of the Flies.

 

First teaser for Chapter 3 Part 2 of Selva. Some of you might recognize that car back there.

It's not that big. Bigger than the Pigeon, but not that big.

@JPM: It's not any of those; this is 1987, remember? There's no way that any of those vehicles would have existed by this time.

 

The D-Series is a truck, the H-Series is a van. I said it was the H-Series.

 

Technically, it's a truck; it's based off of the D-Series. However, I've edited my post to correct my incorrect statement.

 

There is a classic version of the H-Series by @AR162B though.
Like I said in CS, is it the Moonhawk?

It might also be the Bolide, though that would be too obvious, wouldn't it be?
It does seem to be a bit taller, so is it a old Pessima?
(If it is a D-Series, is it the JDM version of it? [Ibishu Dove])

It could be an '88 Pessima (sedan or coupe); that's a definitely possibility. I don't think that it would be an Off-Road Moonhawk, though (not likely, but it could be one).
