Haha, same happened to me with the Q7 from Audi xDD We had a free lesson in school, so I did what I always did - take my notebook and draw something. While doing it it started to look like something Audi-ish, so I continued with that, and some minutes later I had an Audi SUV. Some time later the Q7 was shown and I directly recognized the design from somewhere...
Look what I made after 30 min's of work it's supposed to be a 2001 ford ranger but it's an early [WIP] Just kidding
Actually an H45 tanker. Not trying to be a dick, just figured you should know. Wouldn't want to go through a whole project while being confused about what you're making.
(imported from here) Here is my Honda 3d model. Unfortunately i probably can't make a j-beam for this.
Not the biggest Honda fan, but you need to find somebody who can jbeam this for you. This would be so awesome to have in BeamNG!
Very nice models in this thread! Gah, it's been a while since I've been here. well anyways this is what I've been up to lately
Already posted the first render on the General Discussion chat, but I think this is the correct place to post 'em.
WIP tank ahoy! ATLAS G2 by Douglas K. on Sketchfab Also, it would be super neat if the BeamNG forum manager(s) implemented Sketchfab embedding support on the forum for models.
(imported from here) Made this insipired to the corridors in Alien Isolation. Not much, but eh. Took 1 Hour and 27 Minutes to render in Cycles at 2500Passes. Lighting is all done by light bounces emitted from those lights. - - - Updated - - - I updated my corridor scene. Scrapped the old one (Used subsurf, and I just complicated everything). Remade it without any modifier except mirror and set it up on GLSL Viewport Render. Then quickly passed it through Blender Internal. Blender Internal: Viewport:
C 300 Luxury Sedan. Lowpoly test for texturing and stuff. I actually finished a body shell (imported from here) (imported from here) (imported from here)
Any ideas on a release or is it just a practice? Looks nice though! Maybe I'll finish mine this year....
