Cool stuff. Would you mind sharing how the infinite plane/sky background was achieved in that last physics demonstration for a fellow Blender user?

It looks like it's just a plane with a texture on it.
Then again, I know nothing about texturing, so this might be completely wrong.

    render.png

Made it for school - we had blender classes. Couldn't set the focus right, but it still looks kinda cool.

Blender is great for modeling, and has aweseome builtin unwrapping tools :D

Just make sure the blocks are close to eachother so there are no gaps and be sure to use physics deactivation (found in the world tab). This ensures that the building doesn't collapse on its own until it is hit by something.

Also a bit higher quality renders than my last few xD

    Edit:

Wut. Well apparently the forum is changing my second .png to a much lower quality .jpeg.

    Bumping with a uni project.

I just want to reiterate how much I dislike ultra high poly solid modelling. 1,100,000 triangles and counting...
Really should get around to learning SolidWorks or Catia sometime.

So I made a thing that's like, a visual impact piece instead of straight up object design/engineering.
    Time.jpg
Goes best with the song Time by Pink Floyd.
