Gold star for you And thanks. These would probably never end up in BeamNG though because of the amount of detail you need on them (and their insides) for them to be viable BeamNG material.
Ive only made 1 car, and it's just a made up design.. Here are a few pics. Im sure it would never function, especially since the back wheel wells are floating, and the front coils just attach to little wings xD
I have been reworking this from some weeks, it's time to show what I got till now (imported from here) From the reflections, I think it's coming out as it should.
This is my creation. I call it the Alpha MA-DR (for now). I've been chipping away at it over the last few months, and it's my first real attempt at fully modelling a car in Blender. It's not based off anything in particular, but it takes a lot of cues from a lot of cars from a lot of eras. Nothing is final. There are a lot of placeholders here that I wish to replace with my own self-modelled parts for the final version. I want it to be completely my own, and if all goes well, I hope to rig it and put into Beam.NG
I wonder what would happen if I wasn't hindered by my attention disorder, maybe then I could think of one thing for longer than 5 mins. I have ideas for beautiful cars, and what is wierd is when I drew one of my ideas in a notebook. It looked exactly like the Toyota Tundra from 2012, but I drew mine back in 2007. When I saw the commercial for it I was pissed, I had lost the notebook a year before and thought that they might have stolen it. (not really, but I was a little ticked.) Anywho---- This car is brilliant, you have skills that I wish I knew how to use (I know I have them, but I never stay focused on a project.)
(imported from here) Just for the fun of it I decided to try to start out abit of detail work on this. Still, I think it would be easier to make a fictional car. (Otherwise I would become perfectionist on all details, which is too much work for me )
I still think you should try to finish one of the cars you already made. They looks really good and a fictional car will still need all the details to be realistic. But I might be biased because I just really like the S15 and IS series
Been thinking a little though. One problem is that I don't wanna see an S15 or IS get smashed up (which is like partly what BeamNG is about ) So I'm gonna attempt an RPS13. I think it's an awesome car, but I don't cringe epicly when it smash itself up abit. And it's probably easier to make. First pic: (imported from here)
Don't tell anyone, but my entry for this competition features pushrod suspension up front, and wheels nicked off a certain Audi Quattro. (imported from here)
Hello, I was working on a mining dumper truck awhile ago and decided to start finishing it up. I'm not sure how the chassis are set up, but I think in my opinion they look good so far. Yes, it is in sketchup and I plan to port it into Blender to touch it up. I know it doesn't look too pleasing, but it was one of my first models. Let me know what you think
Hi there, I have already made some work with blender with several cars : almost complete e39 - m5 (imported from here) (imported from here) (imported from here) Bmw E34 with some work remaining (imported from here) (imported from here) complete 318tb with detailed engine (imported from here) (imported from here) (imported from here) Complete Mercedes Benz W124 AMG (imported from here) (imported from here) And some old stuff I still like (imported from here) (imported from here) If someone needs one of this body shell to create an ingame car, please just ask, I will share the folders.
Don't tell anyone, but I'm working on a new mod: saw them while skiing and couldn't resist just need a way to make tracks
