Yo I'm making another one for the 2009-14 after my exams, I'm making it just from the Forza model so it actually gives me a sence of ownership

God damn it i only watched 3 episodes. That explains why i was found guilty of 30 charges of first degree homicide.

If you give credit of course. JorgePintos mods are Forza models and I can hardly tell

 

I mean, do you get in legal issues? Does Microsoft allows for mods to rip off forza models? The main reason why even free mods based on real vehicles cant be posted on the repo is for legal issues to begin with. Most sites and brands dont really mind as long as you dont make cash, but BeamNG wants to cover themselves, so I don't know if Microsoft already said it's all good.

 

Well he's not charging for the mods and Microsoft doesn't seem to have an issue with it

 

I can see how you would think that would be the case, but Microsoft has in their TOS that you must have "explicit permissions" to modiy any of thier assetts. Even for private use. But I would think someone not charging for the mod might get overlooked for a while. But is a slower economy is when these big companies start cracking down, Just look what Ferrari did to the forums recently.
