I don't think there's any other T80-affecting mods out there. You probably have an old broken version of this one.

The fact that (i'm pretty sure, although i may be wrong) a mod found an old tank mod and decided to revamp it is very cool.
That's an old version, most likely. You might want to clear cache. Maybe re-open the game to make sure.
My suggestion wasnt clear enough, and was a small joke about the "Best Camo" option being invisible, Loser2817 is correct. Clear your cache if all your tank configs are invisible.
When you activate the beamng launcher, there should be a small box with the options of how to run your game, please click on Support Tools and it will guide you to multiple options, Clear Cache is one of them. --- Post updated --- Cache exists as small preloaded bits of data to make loading faster and easier for your computer. So when clearing your cache the game may run a bit slower on your first run. Do not panic, as this is normal and will be readjusted within a few runs when new cache is created.
... Have you tried clearing cache? This mod seems quite sensitive to breaking because there's info from previous versions still laying around.
Delete any previous versions of the mod, and the clear your cache again. If that doesn't work, please send me some screenshots of what the mod folder contains, the clear cache option, and what you may think is stopping your tanks from appearing.
