Bug With no engine cover and With the muffler installed With muffler and air filter cover installed, sudden braking causes the muffler to dip into the muffler and air filter cover. Bug? Is it a bug or a specification? Cannot change front front brake type. Referring to the same front brake. Suggestion. Simple water cooling kit for high power engines In BeamNG, the engine cools down when immersed in water. Therefore, the engine block is covered with cooling water. I thought that it would be possible to make a simple water cooling system by covering the engine block with cooling water and attaching a radiator separately. The effect is that the engine block temperature is less likely to rise. The effect is that the engine block temperature is less likely to rise and it cools down faster. (Implemented as one of the engine covers)
This was made to stress test the physics engine, and I hit a wall, I can't add any more parts to it, it gets unstable and explode. Maybe I will get back to this mod sometime in the future.
Please dont bump these threads. There is absolutely no point in pointing out any issues you find with a crashhard mod. He doesnt care. He has abandoned all of his mods except his dummy and his map. Those are the only 2 he cares about. You have to pay for the dummy and i havent seen the map get updated on the forums in awhile. This particular mod, as awesome as it is, hasnt been updated in 5 years. This is why i have stopped following him. You are better off just deleting all your crashhard mods and forgetting they even exist. A few of them like this 8x8 and the classic still work. But eventually, all of them will stop working due to lack of updates.
Does anyone know how to fix the fifth wheel for the newest version of the game because i would love to haul some heavy trailers with it
Bumping mod threads on forums is essential for several reasons, all aimed at ensuring that the creativity and hard work of modders don’t fade into obscurity. Here’s a compelling argument for why this practice matters: 1. Visibility and Awareness Mods often compete for attention in a sea of new content. Bumping a thread brings it back to the forefront, reminding community members of its existence. Without visibility, even the best mods risk being overlooked, lost among newer threads and discussions. 2. Community Engagement When a mod thread is bumped, it invites interaction and discussion. This engagement fosters a sense of community among players who enjoy the mod, allowing them to share experiences, tips, and feedback. A lively discussion can also attract new users who might not have been aware of the mod, broadening its audience. 3. Supporting Mod Creators Modders invest significant time and effort into their creations. Bumping their threads shows appreciation for their work and can motivate them to continue developing and updating their mods. Acknowledgment from the community can provide valuable encouragement, especially for independent creators who might feel isolated. 4. Collective Memory As threads sink down the forum pages, they risk being forgotten entirely. Bumping threads helps preserve the collective memory of the community, ensuring that valuable resources, ideas, and innovations remain accessible. This is especially important for mods that may offer unique gameplay experiences or enhancements. 5. Encouraging Updates and Improvements Active threads often lead to mod creators being more responsive to community feedback. When a mod is actively discussed, it encourages the creator to engage with users, resulting in potential updates, bug fixes, and new features. A thriving conversation can inspire creators to expand on their work and keep the mod fresh and relevant. 6. Building a Legacy Many mods have the potential to become iconic within a game’s community. By bumping threads, players help build a legacy around their favorite mods, ensuring that future generations of gamers discover and appreciate them. This legacy can have a lasting impact on the gaming culture surrounding a particular title. Conclusion Bumping mod threads is more than just a simple action; it’s a vital practice that supports mod creators, fosters community engagement, and preserves the rich tapestry of user-generated content. By keeping these threads alive, players ensure that creativity is recognized and that mods continue to thrive in the vibrant ecosystem of gaming.
If you wanna support crashhard, then go for it. the only way to support him is becoming a member of his youtube community. There, you will gain access to any mods he is actively working on. Last time i was there i think was over a year ago. the only mod he was actively keeping up to date was his dummy mode. That mod also happens to be the last mod he updated here on the forums over 2 years ago in 2022. As far as I am aware. He has abandoned his mods and his community here. I pray that you can bring him back into the fold to get all his mods updated to the latest versions. They were always better than dev quality in my honest opinion. I tried and failed to bring him back. Good luck to you.
