Well I mean it mostly aimed towards traffic. Traffic really slows you down as normally it reduces 5-10FPS. With the car, you can expect to see it drop 20-25. I have a GTX 1060 6GB so of course I expect this.

it only slows down the loading process for me, it takes my system about 5 minutes to load into whatever map i want depending on how big the map is
    --- Post updated ---
what i mean is im on a laptop, sry, hp clasifies it as a "notebook", 25-30 is my norm fps before i load in the car, and it only drops like maybe 5 after getting like 3 or 4 of them loaded in

I wish there was a taxi or police version, as it makes me think of the upcoming mafia remake

Of course they did, wouldn't expect anything less from that garbage site...
On the bright side they at least added me as the Author of the mod.

Try to use the Body for low-end PCs, you can find it in the parts selector (CTRL+W)

I love this mod, we really needed a pre-war mod so badly! And this car feels honestly quite familiar to me. My grandpa who lives with us owns a 1929 Studebaker Dictator Cabroilet. Its one of four surviving and the only one restored. It is so darn fun and we love to drive it around on nice days with me behind the wheel. The restoration is 20 years old but when first restored did the Concours circuit and performed very well winning often. I do wish this had a straight six like his with a straight cut three speed, but I totally understand why you stopped working on this mod. It's a great car though.

In case you ever do decide to work on it, here's a few things that I noticed it could use: A separate logo on the front of the radiator shell. A box trunk. A cloth top with landau irons on the touring car. Courtesy lights on the running boards (red and green lights such as you'd find on a boat. They're rare but real.) a Kickplate on the runningboard. stripes for the paint job, and hand controls on the steering wheel such as hand throttle and spark retarder. Foot button start, and a other things. These are all small accessory pieces but i really do wanna just say again that I love this mod!

    Hope you can help.

If someone wants to make a good realistic torquecurve for the engine, please go ahead, I would love that.

I wasn't sure how high should the engine revv, so I made it go up to 5000RPM (you can always remove the unnecessary RPM's)

    Code:
                    ["rpm", "torque"]
                    [0,0],
                    [500, 267.66],
                    [900, 342.07],
                    [1000, 352.36],
                    [1100, 364.63],
                    [1200, 377.59],
                    [1300, 388.15],
                    [1400, 397.65],
                    [1500, 405.86],
                    [1600, 415.09],

Hope it'll be good as it's based on a 5.5L Flathead V8 from 1948

By the late 20's and early 30's most companies had already switched to pedals
