well that would explain why i cant play on east coast italy and west coast well i have 70 mods active but i dont think thats the problem
It's not the amount of mods in your folder that matter, it's what you have spawned at the moment. 100.000 beams/sec is acceptable, 150.000 would be sort of ideal.
Yes it is. I'll be honest, my computer is 8 or 9 years old but I put my soul into it to keep it running smooth and I'm running 111.000 beams/s. The new gen machines run at least 200.000 beams.

my dad doesnt care about games and well i have a lot of things on the computer but i dont think that is a problem too well i can play wiht the crash hard classic but most of the time only wiht the car spawned
Fair enough but really, 65.000 beams/s is just not... and it doesn't matter what's on your computer, those things don't run when your running the game. For a guy of your generation that's not a fair performance whatsoever and I know.. not all in this world is fair :/ Just do the best you can to get a more up date machine, man !
No, I can tell from here a new cpu is no solution for you. New cpu means new mother board and considering the performance of your machine I don't think that going to be viable. New machine is what you need. The magic that does the trick is taking your time to decide and compose just the right setup for your needs and your wallet. No problem
New update on the way. - manual transmissions. - fix for just one variant showing up. (something I did not manage to solve, is my custom wheels, making the clutch overheat a lot faster)
Try these, can't promise anything but maybe ? --- Post updated --- We must also bare in mind the following : 1 - The CH Classic is a vintage '30 ('40s ?) vehicle so butchering it will result in physical damage 2 - The game is programmed to prompt a high clutch temperature warning above 200°C while a lot of the time the CH Classic's clutch's temp resides between 200°C and 300*C. The max clutch temp though is set (by the game) to 300*C. Of course clutch efficiency drops fast above 200°C but the game's standards aren't focused on vintage '30s vehicles imo.
