This game has come a really, really long way.

Bumping this topic because I've just tried out the new update and I'm so impressed that I had to register to praise it and thanks the devs for it! I've played BeamNG for a couple of years, but just from time to time. It was a good game, definitely worth the money, pretty unique and really great for some things (like crashing, fooling around, off-roading or driving on loose surfaces and exporting cars from Automation). But when it came to driving on tarmac, it was lacking. Other games were much better in that respect. Now? Ohh boy... since 0.21 this game started to feel like a really good driving simulator with cars behaving much more like they should in the real life. I can finally feel what the cars are doing, I can control them, catch slides, drive on the edge. Really great job. Previously most of my time in BeamNG I've spent on driving my rally or off road cars from Automation, now I can enjoy my regular road cars as well.
