One guy got hate for his 7 post/day stat.

On ror hero member was 20k, and I don't think anyone has got there yet. I'm hoping to either get hero member or a custom title like "that member" or something eventually.

EDIT: Do I actually have the most posts? Wow. I think gabe has 2k, but he is a dev.

 

There aren't many of us with 1000+ posts, we're a select club

But that's not a bad thing at all. You always post when you have something good to say, and you have done a lot of good in the community. You can have as many posts per day as you want, as long as they're good ones.

I honestly don't care how many posts I have. I just post when I have something to say, not because I want more posts.
And all the newbies on here that think senior member status actually means something: Just because you have that title under you name doesn't get you any more respect than someone with 30 posts. If you're an idiot, you're an idiot. Posting a lot won't change that.

 

I only have like 3 per day. But it is true that members with more posts have and deserve more respect. They have proven that that have a general idea of how the forum works (like vehicle suggestion threads etc.) they havent had a absolutely horrible post in however many, and they obviously aren't spammers. Not to say they are better, but they have proven not to be worse.

 

Honestly, the post count and even posts per day ratio are just a number. Not something I particularly care about. If I posted absolutely every thought I had as I went through a thread I could easily double or triple my post count. Only figures I was excited about where 42, 666 and 1337.

You start as a Junior Jim Bob, then a normal Jim Bob, then a Senior Jim Bob. Senior Jim Bob has more wisdom and knowledge, so speak around him nicely. The Junior Jim Bobs have a place here, learning, and the regular Jim Bobs want to get that magical 100 to become Senior Jim Bobs. As I am a Senior Jim Bob, please do not annoy me. I will be happy fishing for garbage in the trailer park with the Juniors, teaching the ways of the game and forum.
